What you'll do at
Stocking, backroom, and receiving associates work to ensure customers can find all the items they have on their shopping list. Depending on the shift you work, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, or helping customers while stocking shelves. From unloading trucks in the summer to filling ice cream in the freezer, this fast-paced job can be physically demanding.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from 0.35 per hour to 3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

We at Kelly® are seeking Corn Sorter to work in **Worthington/ Switz City, IN.** This is a seasonal position - runs through approximately October/November
**Pay:**
Pay: $17.00/ hour
**SHIFT OPTIONS:**
1st shift. Monday-Saturday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Shifts times could end at 2:30pm depending on the needs of the company.
**What's a typical day as a Corn Sorter?**
+ Sort and grade corn based on quality and size.
+ Once the corn comes into the facility it goes through conveyors and the sorters judge it for quality
+ Look at it and choose to put it back on the conveyor to be dehusked or route it elsewhere if it doesn't meet quality
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**
+ Must be able to stand for extended periods.
+ Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience preferred.
+ Proficient in English to communicate effectively.
+ Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team.
+ Previous experience in agricultural roles is a plus but not required.
+ Have a HSD or GED
