As a CBRE Material Handling Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, and the corrective repair of the automated packing and distribution equipment.

+ Keep all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance.
+ Identify and locate the right products during the delivery process.
+ Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
+ Check the functionality of safety systems.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
**What You'll Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

As a Forklift Operator, you will be working in a dynamic warehouse setting, engaging in various basic warehouse functions. Your primary duties will include operating a cherry picker and high reach, cycle counting, inventory monitoring, and other essential warehouse tasks. You should have experience with sit-down forklifts and be willing to undergo training on a cherry picker.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate cherry picker and high reach forklift.
+ Conduct cycle counting and inventory monitoring.
+ Perform various basic warehouse functions.
+ Utilize RF scan gun for picking and packing tasks.
**Work Environment**
The work environment consists of a team of 60 employees, where casual attire is permitted. Please avoid hoodies, open-toed shoes, tank tops, and hats. Shorts and comfortable sneakers are allowed. Note that all employees must pass through a metal detector before entering, so minimal metal is preferred. Temporary employees will wear an orange vest, which changes to yellow upon permanent status.
