The individual for this role will start by assisting with some basic program and workflow setup in collaboration with senior leadership. They will then begin seeing their own patients (weekly target of 40-45 patient sessions) as they acclimate to our practice. We anticipate the individual will assume some supervisory responsibilities over the course of 3-9 months of starting (the timeline for this transition is based on business needs). A hybrid position is strongly preferred. We have a charming office near Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal for easy commuting in New York City, NY. Anticipated Start Date: Based on the length of the interview process, the candidate chosen, credentialing (90 days minimum), their resignation period, and our needs, we anticipate it will be between 100 and 160 days from extending an offer. Our Team is composed of our co-owners and six other Psychiatrists, with an expansive multi-disciplined team of around 100 clinicians, including Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers, and Mental Health Counselors. The individual for this role will start by assisting with some basic program and workflow setup in collaboration with senior leadership. They will then begin seeing their own patients (weekly target of 40-45 patient sessions) as they acclimate to our practice. We anticipate the individual will assume some supervisory responsibilities over the course of 3-9 months of starting (the timeline for this transition is based on business needs). A hybrid position is strongly preferred. We have a charming office near Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal for easy commuting in New York City, NY. Application Window: Until the end of July 2025, if still vacant. Anticipated Start Date: Based on the length of the interview process, the candidate chosen, credentialing (90 days minimum), their resignation period, and our needs, we anticipate it will be between 100 and 160 days from extending an offer.
