To drive continued success in this exciting Medical Device field, we are seeking a Sales Specialist, Critical Care to join our winning team.
The Sales Specialist, Critical Care is responsible for all sales activities of BeneVision, ePM, and N-Series product lines within an assigned geography at Acute Care Hospitals. This will require a full commitment to collaborating with all parties within the EST (Enterprise Sales Team), to increase brand awareness while meeting/exceeding the individual's territory annual sales revenue and growth expectations, along with meeting specific customer segment objectives. The position requires commitment to routine collaborative review and analysis of established metrics/KPIs on a regular basis with Regional and Area leadership for proper focus and alignment. This is a hunting role with the primary objective of business development and market share growth through competitive conversions.
Essential Functions:
- Work collaboratively within the EST model to maintain and increase Mindray North America's (NA) market share by executing a territory business plan with a primary focus on new business development for Critical Care Solutions products in all acute care hospitals. This requires the development and maintenance of a robust pipeline of sales opportunities for N-Series/DMS products, as it relates to the assigned geography.
- Work collaboratively within the EST model to demonstrate Mindray NA's products after assessing customer needs; implement action plan to utilize equipment for evaluation purposes; secure business to meet revenue objectives.
- Work collaboratively within the EST model to facilitate installation/in-services of acquired business by planning post sale activities and addressing any questions and concerns; maintain a competitive edge while effectively completing the sales cycle.
- Work collaboratively within the EST model to maintain positive customer relations by problem-solving customer concerns on a timely basis; continue on-going customer support while maintaining positive references.
- Work collaboratively within the EST model to exceed annual and quarterly territory revenue goals within the assigned customer segments and establish book of business that assists with facilitating a National Key Opinion Leader program.
- Work collaboratively within the EST model to facilitate meetings with all divisions (Patient Monitoring, Perioperative, Ultrasound) on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis to develop a synergistic strategy for converting competitive business to Mindray.
- Serve as Field Trainer (optional function) - The position requires periodic assistance in field and classroom sessions with trainees, following the prescribed program developed by the sales training department. Follow-up includes providing a written report to the Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Director, and Manager of Sales Training to ensure management of the development of trainees and the identification of deficiencies.

1. Knowledge/Educational Requirements
- BS/BA degree strongly preferred
- Prior experience selling capital equipment or medical equipment required
- Successful sales history and demonstrated ability to build a pipeline required
- Cold Call experience and strong presentation skills are required

3. Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Must be able to drive for extended periods

- Must be able to travel 50 to 75% weekly with 2-4 overnights expected per week.
Total Target Earnings are composed of a 90K base salary + target incentive. The On-Target Earning potential at 100% is $205,000 annually, plus company car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance with no cap on commissions. Job Description
This position is responsible for processing all release of information requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. Associate must at all times safeguard and protect the patient's right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient's medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.
**Essential Job Functions:**
+ Completes release of information requests including retrieving patient's medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record accurately and correctly and transmitting daily, according to requests, established procedures, and established standards of quality and productivity.
+ Date stamps all requests and highlights pertinent data to facilitate processing.
+ Validates requests and authorizations for release of medical information according to established procedures.
+ Performs quality checks on all work to assure accuracy of the release, confidentiality, and proper invoicing.
+ Maintain equipment in excellent operating condition (inside and out).
+ Provides excellent customer service by being attentive and respectful; insures understanding of customer request and follows-through as promised; and being proactive in identifying client concerns, or problems.
+ May receive incoming requests including opening mail, telephone inquiries, and retrieving facsimile inquiries, depending on the needs to the client.
+ Maintains a neat, clean, and professional personal appearance and observes the dress code established.
+ Maintains a clean and orderly work area, insures that records and files are properly stored before leaving area.
+ Maintains working knowledge of the existing state laws and fee structure
+ Works within scope of position and direction; willingly accepts assignments and is available to take on additional facilities or help out during backlogs
+ Carries out responsibilities in accordance with client/site policies and procedures, including HIPAA, state/federal regulations related to operations, and labor regulations.
+ Maintains confidentiality, security and standards of ethics with all information.
+ Work with privileged information in a conscientious manner while releasing medical records in an efficient, effective, and accurate manner.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma (GED) required
+ A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or like setting preferred
+ Must have strong computer software experience - general working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
+ Requires ability to work remotely and at times provide support in client locations. Geographical proximity to the assigned client site required.
+ Excellent organizational skills a must
+ Must be able to type 50 wpm
+ Must be able to use fax, copier, scanning machine
+ Must be willing to learn new equipment and processes quickly.
+ Must be self-motivated, a team player
