Key Responsibilities
+ Lead units in completing marketing promotions, voluntary meal plan campaigns, and catering and retail sales drivers
+ Ensure adherence to Chartwells' residential, retail, and catering brand standards, including brand identity, visual merchandising, and guest experience platforms
+ Collaborate with campus communities to improve partnerships and support awareness of dining programs, including sustainability, nutritional and dietary awareness, and the residential dining experience
+ Coordinate the execution of events and guest feedback programs
+ Develop marketing collateral and communication pieces, such as brochures, newsletters, programming announcements, and promotional guides

Preferred Qualifications

In this role, you will direct the day-to-day operations and financial success of a food service location on the campus. The key focus areas for this internship will be in Field Accounting, Operations, Budget Management and Payroll. This internship is designed to be both educational and practical. - Assist with Local New Unit Openings under the Guidance of FA New Business

- Support Budget Review and Analysis
- Assist with Flash Review and Analysis
Payroll Experience:
- Gain Knowledge of the Paperwork and Activities of the Team through Filing
- Gain Knowledge of Document Retention through Scanning
- Process Payroll Work Orders

Job Summary
This position is paid, but not eligible for benefits such as medical, relocation, or housing.
Because this position requires you to perform services in an educational facility, there may be periods when the Company does not require you to perform work (such as winter and summer breaks when food service needs decline or cease). Any such periods during which you do not perform work on the Company's behalf may be unpaid and deemed a temporary layoff. However, depending on business needs, you may be required to work year-round, potentially at a different location during break periods. Business needs may vary from year to year.
