Job OverviewThe Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for the fulfillment of Customer Orders by retrieving and stacking specific product and quantities as specified on the Pick Ticket/Computer Screen assigned on a pre-determined conveyor and, or pallet. This is accomplished by traveling throughout the Warehouse's Pick Area and building stable pallet(s) of product, meeting or exceeding Warehouse and Company expectations regarding safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities- Retrieves and places quantities of Cases of Product onto a pre-determined pallet as instructed by the assigned Pick Ticket, in a manner that is safe and builds a stable pallet of product, while meeting or exceeding Warehouse and Company expectations in safety, accuracy, and efficiency
- Travels to and transports pallets of stacked Product to different areas of the Warehouse via a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) - Pallet Jack - in a safe and efficient manner
- Assists in Warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping as assigned or as needed
- Performs daily PIT Checklist and alerts Warehouse Management of any issues discovered
- Corrects any mistakes discovered and informed of by the Checker to product and, or quantity
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Performs miscellaneous activities as directed to support the efficient operation of a warehouse in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Summary :
The Assembly Line Leader position is responsible for overseeing a production line within an Assembly and Contract Packaging plant, ensuring maximum productivity and quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Use the Work Order as a guide to individual job requirements and specifications.
- Set-up line or assist with line set-up as needed, using the line diagram.
- Responsible for inventory control, tracking and reconciliation of customer product and components, assuring that both are correct and properly placed on the line; kept in good supply as needed for the completion of the shift's production and the start of the next shift, if applicable.
- Assign temporary staffing service employees to individual tasks on the line as outlined in the work order, and train them accordingly.
- Oversee and monitor production flow on the line, trouble shoot problems, make equipment adjustments as needed, recommend and institute line improvements, and direct temporary staff labor issues to Assembly Supervisor.
- Motivate temporary staffing service employees in order to maintain maximum production line efficiency and meet production goals.
- Ensure that the completed finished product meets all specifications outlined in the Work Order and complete hourly quality checks to verify.
- Ensure adherence to Company policies, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and cGMPs (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), job specific instructions, and customer specific instructions.
- Accurately maintain all production paperwork, including recording and reconciling temporary staff labor hours, and enter production data into the computer system.
- Maintain line cleanliness through good housekeeping practices.
- Responsible for the safety on the line and for adhering to all safety rules and programs, and for attending all required safety training.
- Communicate with other departments, such as warehouse, maintenance and quality assurance as appropriate and necessary, and keep Supervisor apprised of issues related to the line.
- Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Overtime is required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The Material Handler - Assembly position is responsible for loading and unloading trucks; warehousing product and materials and supplying production lines with requested product and/or components.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
* Inspect forklift daily at the start of the shift insuring all safety features are operational.
* Complete checklist documenting inspection.
* Safe operation of forklift, moving materials throughout the facility. Assure all materials shipped and warehoused are handled in a manner that prevents damage.
* Load and unload trucks; warehouse products and materials.
* Inspect trailers for Safety at beginning of loading and unloading
* Use an RF scanner for receipts, issues to lines, returns, and bar code locations.
* Verify all counts, quantities and descriptions of products and materials received, shipped or warehoused.
* Service production lines, delivering product and/or components as requested.
* Timely and accurate completion of paperwork associated with the movement of product and materials.
* Responsible for the general cleanliness of the warehouse and the loading docks.
* Perform regular inventory and cycle counts.
* Safely change forklift propane tanks and/or batteries as needed.
