Here's what you'll do on a daily basis.


Our Warehouse Associates are a crucial part of the Tomlinson’s team?Your organization and ability to work efficiently will help create a seamless delivery experience for our stores. We are looking for individuals with warehouse experience who are able to ensure product inventory, orders and shipments are accurate and completed in a timely manner.


Our Warehouse Associates are flexible, have good judgment, and work together to ensure that our warehouse operation is successful.


Duties include:

  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Picking orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Operating fork lifts and pallet jacks
  • Advising management of any delays or discrepancies with product on hand or shipments
  • Loading and unloading shipments
  • Assembling pallets for shipment to stores
  • Consistently following Tomlinson’s policies and procedures
  • Successfully participating in required initial and on-going training
  • Actively participating in inventory management; including receiving, rotating, restocking, cycle counts, and cleaning
  • Helping to ensure that work area and products are organized
  • Working with all staff in a manner that contributes to the success of the entire team
  • Working safely and helping maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Making decisions which reflect best judgment and understanding of Tomlinson’s principles and practices as laid out in Tomlinson’s employee handbook.

Time Commitment

  • This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week; the Tomlinson’s Warehouse team works Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM-2:00 PM
  • A Tomlinson’s Warehouse Team Member is expected to work their scheduled hours, have flexibility and willingness to work extra shifts during holidays, or to cover when coworkers are ill or on leave
