Responsibilities
About the role
The Senior Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for will be responsible for prospecting for new customers and new industries through the internet, phone calls, emails, faxes, industry meetings, sales calls, etc.

Meet sales goals set by the General manager.

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels including social media, networking events, and cold outreach.

Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs and readiness of potential clients to determine their suitability for the company's products or services.

Outreach: Conduct outbound communications via email, phone calls, and social media to engage prospects and introduce the company's offerings.
-
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demonstrations between qualified leads and the sales team to facilitate the sales process.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
-
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and target key market segments.

Follow-Up: Nurture leads through follow-up communications and engage them with relevant content to maintain interest.

Assist in marketing functions as required.

Other duties as assigned.
About you

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
-
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.

A strong desire to pursue a career in sales with a growth mindset.

Knowledge of the Clinical services is beneficial.

Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.

Ability to follow instruction and work in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage prospects and convey value.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.

Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and techniques with a focus on lead qualification.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, as well as Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
Working conditions

Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time, up to eight (8) hours per business day.

Position requires significant time working at a computer, up to eight (8) hours per business day.

Position may require the lifting of items up to 20 lb. in weight.

Position will require travel to client locations.
