**Pay Range:**

The North American (NAM) Services Team is part of the Mastercard global services organization. The NAM Services Business Development organization delivers the latest innovations to our clients from cybersecurity to payment optimization, Identity services, consulting and more.

Recognizing this, Mastercard strengthened its Cyber Threat Intelligence capabilities through strategic acquisitions, beginning with RiskRecon in 2019 and more recently Recorded Future, a global leader in Threat Intelligence. These additions enable Mastercard to offer advanced cyber risk assessment and real-time threat detection, paired with consulting, advisory, and risk simulation services, helping clients safeguard their entire digital footprint-not just the payments themselves.
About the Role:
The Senior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development, Cyber Threat Intelligence will lead the growth of Mastercard's Threat Intelligence business in one of our key Services segments (Merchants & Acquirers, Traditional FIs, FinTechs & Digital Platforms). As the P&L owner for Threat Intelligence and associated Services within the segment, you will contribute to the strategic direction and commercial success of the business, driving revenue through both direct sales engagement and liaising across any relevant customer facing teams to maximize sales for Threat Intelligence Products and Services. This will include accelerating sales of already existing Cyber Threat Intelligence products and launching the GTM and Sales process for net new synergy products currently under development.
Responsibilities will include:
Delivering on Cyber Threat Intelligence Revenue and Sales Targets
- Drive sales of both acquired and natively developed (synergy) Threat Intelligence solutions, as well as complimentary Services. Either independently or collaboratively across teams as the situation dictates.
- Emphasis on solution selling across a wide-range of related, but separate products and services.
- Define and oversee the GTM Operating Model for the Segment to ensure the appropriate expertise and skillsets are deployed against Opportunities.
- Connect sales and BD teams under a unified MA Cyber Threat Intelligence narrative and sales process
Coordinate Internal Execution Across Teams
- Facilitate key client introductions across businesses (cross-sell and on-sell of additional Cyber Threat Intelligence solutions to Mastercard Managed accounts and existing customers)
- Recorded Future & Risk Recon referrals for Mastercard managed Accounts
- Develop and Activate broader Services Sales organization against priority initiatives and Threat Intelligence Sales Campaigns (sales collateral, pitch decks, training, pipeline visibility)
- Align product, sales, CS and marketing teams around launches and revenue goals as necessary
Identify issues, take improvement actions and communicate progress
- Report clearly on commercial integration progress
- Track lead funnel health and conversion efficiency: and take improvement actions

Required Qualifications:
Business Development and Industry Experience
- Bachelors Degree & 10+ years' work experience, including time spent in technology (Saas) sales, with team or stakeholder management responsibility.
- Industry savvy, understanding emerging cyber trends and creatively leveraging market opportunities.
- Working experience with sales of security services, consulting and/or technologies such as cyber threat intelligence, security awareness and training, cloud security, crisis and incident response management, third party risk management, threat and vulnerability management.
- Proven enterprise sales experience, selling into Merchants & Acquirers, Traditional FIs, FinTechs or Digital Platforms
- Demonstrated history of individual and/or team quota achievement

**Primary Purpose**
Provide data mining, database marketing and consulting services to all energy delivery organizations. Manage the planning, direction, coordination and strategic/tactical deployment of internal and external data resources within the ComEd Customer Data Warehouses. Perform high-level analysis and prepare comprehensive reports to support business operations. Research and provide statistical, financial and operational information. Develop, organize and present performance reports for both internal and external use. Provide expert analytical and operational support to the business units. Perform identical functions for PECO under an approved Affiliate Level Agreement, as necessary.
**Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.**
**Primary Duties**
+ Manage, support, and perform customer intelligence analyses, campaign targeting/segmentation strategies, campaign response analyses, and analytic strategies for corporate research and customer relationship management initiatives.
+ Analyze customer transactional data using advanced data mining techniques in support of process improvement initiatives using tools such as SPSS or SAS.
+ Advise, plan and collaborate with directors, managers, business specialists and analysts by accessing and analyzing strategic customer and marketing information. Advise, counsel and support the development of strategic business plans, marketing plans and product/program implementation plans.
+ Plan, direct and coordinate the development and utilization of ComEd Customer Data Warehouses. Build, modify, monitor and maintain a CRM database system.
+ Recommend, develop, implement and monitor predictive models for new product/program penetration, account acquisition, profitability, segmentation and retention.
+ Conduct complex modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, business case development, and other financial and operational analysis (e.g., operational effectiveness, budget, resource, workload, workforce and capacity utilization, competitor, etc.).
+ Provide expert analytical and operational support to the business unit.
**Job Scope**
+ Provide strategic data mining, database marketing and related consulting services to all ComEd organizations.
+ Advise and counsel corporate officers, directors, managers and business specialists on analytical findings and recommend courses of action that redirect resources to increase penetration of existing products and services, launch new products and services, respond to competitive challenges, drive customer satisfaction, or assist with overall emerging business issues.
+ Develop and maintain the ComEd Customer Data Warehouses, the primary depository of internal customer and externally purchased customer data. It is the role of this position to provide internal customers with data and analysis that best positions the company going forward.
+ Manage operating budget associated with customer data warehouses and external data services.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Education: Bachelor's degree required in market research, marketing, statistics, computer science or equivalent business experience.
+ Experience: Consulting experience (8-10 years) in customer analysis, customer relationship management, marketing communications or marketing research. Experience in segmentation analysis and strategy, database analysis and implementation and relational database extraction/manipulation. Proficient in relational database query languages such as SQL.
+ Analytical Abilities: Proven ability to manage and conduct data analysis, extrapolate and integrate the data, draw conclusions, and provide clear, concise, actionable information. Proven ability to apply findings to both strategic and tactical business plans and resilient in changing or uncertain situations.
+ Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of data manipulation / analytical tools for use in mainframe and client / server environments. Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite of products. Business knowledge of statistical analysis and statistical applications in business situations.
