As a Night Shift Maintenance Technician in their Sun Prairie, WI facility, you will be crucial in maintaining the operational efficiency of their bakery equipment. They offer competitive pay based on your experience and a unique 2 x 2 x 3 schedule, resulting in more days off per month.
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a wide range of bakery equipment, including mechanical (hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, conveyors, boilers) and electrical (power systems up to 480v, sensors, some controls) systems.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures, utilizing technical documents and schematics to identify and resolve issues.
- Installation & Modification: Assist with the installation of new equipment and perform modifications to existing machinery to enhance performance and safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical systems preferred.
- Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician with strong multi-craft skills (mechanical and electrical).
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (up to 480v), with knowledge of PLC and control systems being a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents (schematics, drawings, manuals).
