Required Qualifications:
+ 10+ years' experience in advertising sales, advertising and sales
+ 3+ years' experience managing high performing media sales teams. Strong portfolio of relationships within the Beauty and Personal Care (BPC) space.
+ Experience with retail media or retail/ecommerce agency experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior Retail Media Network, shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales and/or retail advertising sales experience
+ Experience in brand advertising (for example, TV or video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile and online sales
+ Previous traditional sales experience, preferably in digital media with BPC clients
+ Brand category management experience
+ Excellent communication skills that can be effectively articulated in both written and verbal formsacross a diverse audience base.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or Consumer Psychology or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required
