Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing insights into the audit process and addressing inquiries. Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the technology and professional services industries. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required. Experience: 12+ years of experience in audit, with a focus on technology and professional services or related industries with Tax knowledge. Proven track record of client relationship management and business development. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office applications. Compensation: Competitive annual salary in the range of 220,000 to 500,000+ based on individual’s experience level. - Provide strategic leadership and category oversight to include sourcing execution, negotiations, contract implementation and performance against established targets.
- Manage supplier relationships, communicate changes to category strategy, execute joint collaborative initiatives, and monitor supplier contract negotiations
- Committed to supporting supplier diversity and other important supply chain initiatives. Develop preferred supplier program with a goal of continuous improvement.
- Operational and spend analysis, development and execution of annual sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, supplier performance management & operational support.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout every level of the organization, that results in dynamic interactive dialogue on a broad range of perspectives and information critical to identify sourcing needs and leading to the development of optimal approaches and solutions
- Identifies business demand requirements and partners with Business Units to deliver annual value improvements and drive competitive advantage
- Responsible for overall relationship with multiple strategic accounts across a given category.
- Leads sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature
- Identify, develop and direct the implementation of supply chain goals and category strategies, based on deep subject matter expertise and an understanding of industry/market dynamics
- Escalate issues that may impact the supply chain organization and effectively manages issues
- Strong project management capabilities to effectively support multiple initiatives, program and spend tracking
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in commodity management or with supplier negotiations
- 5+ years of experience in management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.
- MBA or advanced level degree
- Ability to lead a global team to achieve results through leadership & influence.
- Consultancy and Services Procurement Experience
- Ability to exercise independent business judgment to drive strategy and results.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to lead analysis and resolution of complex problems where success requires the evaluation of both tangible and intangible variables.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
