Department Overview
The Global Finance Modernization PMO Lead provides direction and leadership enterprise wide over the project and program management for the integrated Global Finance Modernization program, leading to drive orderly and timely project execution and delivery. The PMO Lead oversees the program and integrated project/work plan, coordinating assets and activities across all workstreams and adjacent programs.
Global Finance Modernization is an extensive global project covering all areas of finance and its related operating model. The Global PMO Lead partners with the 3rd party vendor Solution PMO Lead to administer and operate within different project management areas, specifically ensuring the tracking and completion of activities within the client team.
Duties
Key Responsibilities
· Work with SI Program management 'as a two in the box' to provide directional leadership, establish program and project strategy, approach, workstreams and overall structure and timeline for the extensive set of initiatives.
· Ensure the program is operating to plan, proactively identifying risk and issues, and engaging the right parties to mitigate risk and resolve issues.
· Establish and facilitate program governance and project status forums, ensuring all parties are apprised of actions and decisions.
· Accountable for leading a multi-year, enterprise-wide extensive set of initiatives using a team of experienced program managers, market resources, and functional subject matter experts assigned to the initiative.
· Coordinate and engage with leadership and key cross-workstream internal partners (e.g., Work Councils representative, Translation Service partner) to streamline interactions while maintaining line of sight to dependencies required for success.
· Direct implementation and reinforcement of project management methodology
· Advise leadership and/or business executives at the highest levels about the initiative, using the standard status and communication reporting processes.
· Provide project workplan management support, keeping track of plans, budget, quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies.
· Track and monitor project risks, metrics, reporting and project Finance issue management.
· Facilitation of internal and external meetings along with collaborator management
· Monitoring of relationships and dependencies between project areas and active improvement submission
· Lead a team of project support managers and specialist(s)
· Organize project resource management, ensuring the proper onboarding /offboarding of program team members, and maintaining adherence to relevant security, data, and access policies in alignment with McDonald's Data and Security Governance Standards
· Build communication materials for McDonald's Leadership that shows the progress of the project and potential barriers
Qualifications
· 10+ years of prior program and project management experience leading large scale, global integrated transformation programs, preferably in Finance
· Leadership, Planning and Execution overseeing the initiative and provides direction and leadership to the team ensuring successful delivery and value realization.
· Collaborator Management & Communication Planning for the organization
· Project Change Control and Measure Performance, Project Risk and Issue Management, and adherence to PMO Standards, Processes, and Tools
· Strong ability to engage others in the attainment of the vision for the future. Influences others by enthusiastically sharing the future vision as a means for them to attain their goals
· Strong ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the program
· Strong ability to develop collaborative relationships to achieve results through win-win relationships
· Multi-team project plans development using project management software
· Strong, professional communication skills, with ability to engage with senior managers using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style
· Uses influence to drive decision making and find resolutions
· PMP Certification or equivalent experience. Agile Certification strongly recommended (e.g. PSM, CSM, etc.)

Reporting into the Cyber Business Office, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Program Management (PPM) to lead our Cybersecurity PMO at McDonald's. What You'll Do:
+ Lead and evolve the Cybersecurity PMO (Project Portfolio Management) function, overseeing delivery of all security-related programs and projects across global markets.
+ Build and maintain strong multi-functional relationships with stakeholders in Cybersecurity, Technology, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Business teams to drive alignment, prioritization, and execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Project management certification strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience with project management methodologies, tools and techniques (including Waterfall, Agile and hybrid project management methodologies) and an understanding as to when each is appropriate.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $102,816-$136,017. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $149,260.00 - $190,310.00 per year.

Your Impact
+ Responsible for supporting transportation programs and projects.
+ Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams of technical professionals and subject matter experts to execute project work on mid-level and/or multiple concurrent projects, including budgets, tracking hours and expenses, task completion, cost, compliance documentation, and managing the contractual obligations to deliver the project(s) as defined in the contract.
+ Support the development of project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
+ Support Project Manager with budget development, monitoring, Estimate to Completes (ETCs), and recovery plans, and invoices
+ Assist project manager with change management, such as documenting scope changes or scope additions.
+ Assist project manager in developing contract change orders.
+ Support subcontract development and amendments.
+ Partner with management staff to maintain regular communications with the client including reporting on monthly status, safety incidents, and major issues together with scope and budget impacts.
+ Manage the administration, contract compliance and key financial elements associated with multiple portfolio contracts and large scale multi-disciplinary projects.
+ Provide continuous project management and quality improvement support.
+ Assist in monitoring projects progress, claims, and invoicing/payments.
+ Support the development and updates to the Project Initiation/Setup Documentation including: Risk (REF/RMP), Project Management Plan (PMP), Project Quality Plan (QP), Project Safety (PSP), and Communications Plan as necessary.
+ Provide regular project reporting and updates to clients, technical area, and business unit managers, identifying any emergent issues with scope, risk, and/or budget
+ Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
+ Manage, and develop competitive grants for transportation projects
+ Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Who You Are
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or a related discipline.
+ 10+ years of relevant post education experience with 5+ years of experience in transit and transportation projects
+ Proficient understanding of project delivery process within the A/E/C industry and strong background and experience in project management.
+ Familiarity with federal regulations.
+ Experience in establishing project control systems and procedures and developing project reports and documentation.
+ Experience in transportation financial management
+ Demonstrated experience in transportation grant management or grant application development.
+ Highly proficient analytical and organizational skills, with business acumen to bridge the business and project management.
+ Highly proficient with critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make assessments and calculations involving the application of project management principles, with a sound understanding of intent, impact, and optimal outcomes.
+ Highly proficient interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively, persuasively, and tactfully with leadership, subcontractors, and employees at all levels of the organization.
+ Strong self-leadership with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and adjusting readily to the changing prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
+ Works independently to provide guidance and leadership to mid-level to senior-level team or project members, with strict adherence to QA/QC.
+ Proficiency with technical writing, office automation, relevant software, MS Office suite products (e.g., Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint), technology, spreadsheets, and PM tools.
+ Demonstrated effectiveness at coordinating resources and assertively directing consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and others to consistently complete tasks competently and efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Background knowledge of transportation planning, design or construction industry.
+ Experience with Microsoft Project, or other project scheduling software.
+ Designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards to meet project needs.
+ Preparation of written correspondence and presentations, as directed by the Project Manager.
+ Ability to learn how to navigate, use, and train others on enterprise systems.
