The **Program Manager** is responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more multi-year external client facing programs within a business unit. Program managers typically support business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client facing projects or initiatives. A program manager may have responsibility for a piece of a larger enterprise/regional external client facing program.

**Minimum Requirements:**
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program/project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Financial Management
Oversee financial management and performance for projects including:
developing and/or managing project-specific capital and expense budgets including all financial form submissions required by internal finance teams
preparing and submitting timely monthly forecasts (i.e., Clarity PPM)
proactively analyzing and managing monthly budget variance
optimizing spend for assigned projects
participation in annual budget planning
Staff Management
Identify project resource needs and work with leadership to ensure staffing requirements are met
Manage project resources to deliver tasks, optimize resource utilization and resolve conflicts.
Provide constructive performance feedback regarding staff performance to leadership and line managers.
Foster a supportive project delivery environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and collaboration.

The Privacy Program Manager will report directly to the firm's Privacy Leader and will work closely with legal team, technology and various other functional group leaders. The Privacy Program Manager will be responsible for the successful operation, assessment, and continuous improvement of Grant Thornton's privacy compliance practices.
