**Primary Purpose**
Direct the personnel and activities of a project management unit, including development, definition and implementation of work processes and financial management tools, development and implementation of processes and tools to oversee and effectively manage projects, control costs, assure adherence to schedules, prioritize projects and resources and forecast budgets. + Manage external design service providers and internal teams to create a shared execution plan for substation projects.
+ Provide oversight of construction administration services delivered by external design teams to support construction activities.
+ Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ 8 years of experience managing large-scale electrical infrastructure projects
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Professional engineering licensure
+ Electrical Engineering preferred
+ 4+ years experience working with data center / high tech clients and projects
+ Strong expertise in HV/MV substation design and electrical equipment/system modeling.
+ Familiarity with building construction and design processes.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
+ Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience with facilitating design reviews and equipment fabrication reviews.
+ Demonstrated success working in a remote team environment
