Maximus is looking for a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Admin III to support our DMCS program under our Department of Education portfolio.

This will be a Limited Service position. You will be hired on a contingency basis with limited time of service.

The Quality Control / Quality Assurance Admin III will provide quality control reviews for functions supporting the Debt Management Collection Services (DMCS) program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
- Follow procedures and directions to assess the quality of service provided through monitoring incoming calls and other work types which focusing on the quality of customer service, accuracy of information provided, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Conduct call monitoring sessions to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards.
- Provide feedback on call monitoring results.
- Evaluate recorded and/or transcribed interactions of a complex nature between the caller/chatter/correspondent and the worker, and provide appropriate context of ratings.

Additional Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate correspondence and phone activities and complete scorecards to assess each item according to guidance provided and provide a constructive assessment.

- Maintain and update databases, score cards, reports, and documents with high degree of accuracy.

- Identify accounts requiring escalation, escalating immediately if warranted.

- Utilize the feedback tool to give and receive constructive feedback on call quality and department tasks.

- Preform administrative functions that support the process of reports and appeals.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations, policies, and procedures as they apply to student financial aid.

- Maintain current understanding of the processing procedures.

- Utilize available systems, knowledge-base and standard technology such as telephone, e-mail, and web browser to respond to inquiries and perform job duties.

- Identify trends in the information provided by agents to identify areas of improvement and areas that might require additional training.

- Organize, lead, or participate in calibration meetings including the selection of topics to be evaluated and discussed,

- Assist with new hire presentations, assignments, and certifications.

- Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information.

- May perform other functions as requested by management within scope of level or occasional support of lower-level functions as business/volume need require

Additional Requirements as per contract/client:

- Department of Education and Student Loan experience preferred

- Quality Assurance experience required

- High School Diploma or GED required

- Must reside in the U.S.

Job Purpose: 

The purpose of the QA Associate role is to facilitate, manage, and oversee the implementation of the Marken Quality Management System (QMS) at the Local Branch. Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Implement, communicate and maintain company’s quality systems, in compliance with Marken’s Global quality management system requirements.

  • Liaise with clients on QA and GDP related matters. 

  • Prepare an internal audit schedule and perform internal audits including report preparation and assessment and tracking of associated corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 

  • Prepare an external audit program and perform audits of external service providers as part of the vendor selection process. Tracking and overseeing all commitments for actions or changes made by Marken from previous customer audits. 

  • Host client audits and regulatory inspections and manage the audit report responses. Acting as Marken’s main representative for customer audits, including the preparing of appropriate materials required within those audits. 

  • Manage CAPA plans, collate CAPA data, and identify and implement quality improvement initiatives. Preparing the CAPA log for the site and overseeing activities that conclude on the appropriate close-out of all CAPA entries. 

  • Ensuring that relevant customer complaints are dealt with effectively and completely. 

  • Ensure the local implementation of Client Technical (Quality) and Service Level Agreements. 

  • Identify relevant GDP/ quality related training needs and deliver training where required. 

  • Manage the change control system for Marken Miami. 

  • Ensuring that the Marken Quality System and GDP Program are implemented and maintained.

Watson-Marlow is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Client Experience Manager Quality Assurance (CEM) to support our top global Life Sciences customers.This strategic role bridges commercial and quality functions, ensuringseamless, transparent, and quality-centric engagement across the customerlifecycle. The CEM is a subject matter expert and trusted advisor who deliversexceptional quality service, fosters strong client relationships, and drivescontinuous improvement in how WMFTS communicates and collaborates withregulated customers. This role will develop tailored, proactive quality systemsaligned with global WMFTS resources that enhance the overall customer experience. The CEM will be responsible for deliveringthe value behind our quality as a service model to complement the productquality delivered by our factories.

What youll be doing

  • Serve as the quality liaison between WMFTS and customer quality/regulatory teams.
  • Speak the customers language - quality to quality to build trust and improve transparency.
  • Own and streamline the delivery of quality documentation and responses to customer inquiries in the US.
  • Define and manage KPIs for customer quality experiences (e.g., response times, documentation accuracy).
  • Maintain a state of audit readiness through documentation control, factory mock audits, and training.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of customer-specific Quality Agreements and Service-Level Agreements.
  • Track quality performance across the business and ensure continuous alignment with customer expectations.
  • Coordinate customer change notifications to ensure clear, timely, and tailored communications.
  • Lead structured, cross-functional responses to escalated quality issues.
  • Communicate resolutions transparently and manage corrective/preventive actions.
  • Partner with Sales, Quality, Operations, and Engineering to ensure unified communication and efficient execution of quality as a service.
  • Implement and review KPIs related to quality engagement, responsiveness, and OTIF performance.
  • Provide insights on quality deliverables to both internal teams and customers regularly.
  • Ensure all customer quality requirements are met throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Position WMFTS as a best-in-class quality as a service provider through insights and innovation.
  • Lead the Voice of the Customer feedback loop for quality to drive business improvements.
  • Engage in relevant industry groups, conferences, and events as a quality thought leader.
  • Analyze competitor quality engagement strategies to position WMFTS as a best-in-class provider.
  • Share WMFTS perspectives and stay ahead of regulatory and market trends.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Attend customer visits with sales team to better understand customer concerns and to build relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed by the manager.

This is what youll need to be successful in this role

  • Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Bioprocessing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Up to 50% travel, including international.
  • Proven experience engaging with quality, regulatory, or audit functions in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Expertise with quality management systems (QMS) and other digital documentation tools.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in a global matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry standards.
  • Ability to translate technical quality language into customer-friendly communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high professionalism.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS
  • Teams. Experienced CRM and ERP user, preferably Microsoft AX/Dynamics

What You'll Do:

  • Inspection & Load Management: Stamp loads per USDA specifications, pull products for inspection, and manage the collection, re-stacking, and destruction of refusals after USDA approval.
  • Sanitation & Compliance: Perform corrective actions to meet sanitation standards, clean and sanitize inspection areas, and complete SSOP checklists.
  • Documentation & Tracking: Maintain lab logs, track refuse entries, and coordinate inspection rounds to ensure accurate record-keeping and process flow.
  • Recall & Alert Handling: Receive product recalls and alerts, and promptly distribute information to the appropriate management personnel.
