We have an exciting opportunity for a remote, licensed High Net Worth Service Associate in the Greater Los Angeles Metro area! While you will work from home, you must reside near the Greater Los Angeles area as occasional in-person participation with your peers is an important part of our culture. The Purpose of Your Role

As a High Net Worth Representative, you will be focused on enhancing relationships with our high-net-worth clients who have assets of $250,000 to $ million, and therefore have complex service and investment needs. In this role, you will help to increase customer loyalty and drive business development opportunities.

What To Expect as a Senior Real Estate Transactional Attorney

Qualifications For Success

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar

Job Description

VP, Portfolio Manager- Asset Management - Housing is the Dallas, TX role.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities will include assisting with asset management duties including modeling, portfolio analysis and reporting, property valuation and performance analysis, lease analysis and special projects with a primary focus on the Housing sector. Up to 25% of the associate's time may be spent on acquisition, portfolio management, or research tasks.
  • Review annual operating budgets and assist in annual business plan preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the properties and portfolios.
  • Maintain portfolio models.
  • Assist with preparation and review of portfolio level and client reports.
  • Maintain property valuation files.
  • Analyze leasing, occupancy, and renovation trends.
  • Participate in regular operations, leasing and market discussions with property teams and industry professionals.
  • Ensure assets are being operated in a manner consistent with third-party management agreements, joint-venture operating agreements, loan documents, etc.
  • Assist with financing and disposition transactions as well as due diligence related to potential acquisitions.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports when needed.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team that includes the disciplines of asset management, finance, research, acquisitions, and marketing.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis and modeling - proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and writing skills and high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects with minimal supervision.
  • 7+ years' experience, preferably in real estate finance or accounting.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree required, preferably in real estate or finance.

If based in Dallas, TX, the base salary range for this position is USD $155,000-165,000. Actual base salary offered will be determined by several components including but not limited to the candidate's experience, job-related knowledge, and qualifications. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role. Total compensation may vary based on role, location, and individual performance
