Registered Nurse Case Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:
Associates, Bachelors, or Masters of an accredited nursing program (RN)

Develop individualized care plans with the patient and family, updating as needs evolve
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and caregivers on care techniques, medications, diet, and symptom management
Rotate on-call duties and ensure seamless care transitions
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

Fairview is looking for a Register Nurse (RN) in the Birthplace in the M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center in Princeton, MN. This position is a 0.6 FTE ( **48 hours** per two weeks) **12 hour shifts** on the **Night** shift with an every third weekend rotation and a holiday rotation. At the M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center, the Birthplace unit consists of Labor and Delivery, Post-Partum patients and you would train to the med/surg unit. The unit consists of 13 post-partum beds and the Labor & Delivery (L&D) has 5 beds. This hospital sees about 400 births a year! The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). **Job Summary**

**Qualifications**
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
