THE POSITION 

This position is a high impact role, working closely with the Branch Manager, Production Manager, and production teams to create and maintain meaningful relationships with each of our clients. This person will manage existing client relationships, new customer development, and new networking opportunities within the industry. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

Client Service and Retention 

  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding the individual needs of our customers 
  • Provide excellent service and communication in a constructive, courteous manner with a focus on problem solving 
  • Promote high standards for customer service, safety, and LandCare’s culture and core values in a positive team environment 
  • Provide organizational management, leadership and communication between client and production team in a timely fashion and work cooperatively to find delivery solutions 
  • Maintain LandCare’s Landscape Quality Audit process in conjunction with Production Manager to identify property maintenance needs and enhancement opportunities 
  • Create client proposals, contracts, and recommendations and estimates that are designed to meet each client’s objectives are accurately and appropriately priced 

New Business Development 

  • Identify new business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining business relationships with existing customers 
  • Actively prospect for potential clients and pursue new business relationships 
  • Participate in, organize, and lead networking events to foster relationships with potential and existing customers as both a leader in the industry and a representative of LandCare

This opportunity has a base range that represents a full-time annual salary of $65,000-90,000 (commensurate with experience).

Job Description The Business Analyst in our Corporate IT group serves as the conduit to the business users with the primary goal of understanding the business processes, workflows, and information requirements of the users. **JOB SUMMARY**
This role maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current accounts/patients and provides the ability to ensure patients have the required equipment to support their home healthcare needs.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $23.04 - $28.99. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Acts as a single point of contact for a specific account or accounts.
+ Responds to customer needs, concerns and complaints in a timely manner.

+ Obtains all documentation to be scanned and batched at the Branch.
+ Manages all follow-up functions with the account, post set-up.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Senior Customer Relationship Officers are primarily responsible for coaching and training the Teller team to process transactions accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established policies and procedures. **THE OPPORTUNITY**
Senior Customer Relationship Officers are primarily responsible for coaching and training the Teller team to process transactions accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established policies and procedures. **HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**
+ Provide support to the Branch Operations Manager with Teller supervision by coaching and mentoring performance relative to losses, differences, and mitigating risk. When appropriate, assist with coaching for improved performance.
+ Approve customer and Bank transactions within established limits, including Cashier's Checks, wire transfers and deposit processing.
+ Ensure training and review of banking policies and procedures are implemented within staff.
+ Contribute significantly to the branch's overall audit and certification results.
+ Ensure branch security including the security and accountability of all cash and negotiable items. Maintain appropriate branch and ATM cash limits
