Trystars team members are our most important asset, we are in search of aSenior Supply Chain Manager who will lead and direct strategic and tactical facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to, planning, warehousing, inventory management, logistics and inventory control as well as provide support for the needs of product management, R&D, IT and other indirect internal customers. Since this position will support multiple manufacturing sites, the location for this position will ideally be based out of our plants located in Houston, TX, or Faribault, MN.
In this role you will have the ability to redesign, build, shape and influence an effective supply chain strategy, planning, warehousing, inventory and distribution processes. for Trystars products while building high-performing teams and overseeing all aspects of the supply chain functions at a defined set of manufacturing facilities.

- Provide leadership and individual contributions to manufacturing site and supply chain teams responsible for the management of our supply functions.
- Oversee supply planning, inventory control/management, receiving, shipping, logistics, and materials management processes for your assigned manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure site production schedules provide proper product availability to customers while balancing manufacturing constraint issues.
- Works closely with relevant functional areas and assigns resources to supply chain performance improvement projects.
- Manages inventory and establish controls to ensure Trystar is operating at the highest level of performance based on key performance metrics while minimizing supply chain risk.
- Develop and refine systems (ERP) and processes to support E2E inventory replenishment and material availability to our manufacturing operations and our customers.
- Ensures capacity and capabilities are in place to deliver business unit growth and innovation plans across all product groups.
- B.S. or MS in Supply Chain, Engineering, Sciences or Business
- 7-10 years leading supply chain organization in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong business acumen with strong understanding of a SIOP process, Supply planning, Strategic & tactical sourcing, materials management & inventory optimization
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
- Proficiency and mastery of data analytics via PowerBI, MSExcel, etc
- Extensive ERP/MRP system experience (Epicor experience preferred)
- Experience managing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
- Strong communications skills (oral, written and presentation) with the ability to influence across all levels.
- MBA Degree
- Advance Certification such as APICS or CPIM
- Experience using Lean Six Sigma/Quality Improvement methods and tools in a manufacturing & warehouse environment

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across international teams. Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
