This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Your Role

Industrial Territory Sales Representative - Compensation: Base salary range $65,000 to $0,000, plus monthly commission, annual bonus and monthly auto allowance. First year target income 100K+, uncapped commissions.

Product Sales - The Sales Representative prospects, sources, and maintains quality customers in assigned area. A requirement of this role is to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets and to project number of contacts to be made. The Sales Representative manages, calls on, and sells products directly to customers in assigned area and will actively engage in planned prospecting activities geared at increasing the customer base. Additional duties of a Sales Representative include:

Reporting - The Sales Representative, prepares reports as assigned relative to activity, lost orders, closings, follow-up, and performance against budget.   • Ensure weekly customer visits to negotiate ads and gain more space/displays; minimum of 2 visits per week.
  • Attend grand openings and store anniversaries.
  • Review weekly Out-of-Stock (OOS) report to adequately address deficiencies.
  • Use effective Time Management Skills to service stores and establish customer relationships with all customers accordingly. This is a critical issue with our major customers. Our customers must have someone to contact if there are issues in their stores.
  • Establish a plan in case you need to organize, re-route, or run a route, if needed. Ensure route paperwork is organized.
  • Ensure stores are well serviced without credits.
  • Follow all procedures on the three steps to get in the back of truck or get out.
  • Attend all weekly required safety meetings.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good-working condition.
  • Ensure truck inventory is in compliance.
  • Make sure all company procedures are followed including the policy on personal hygiene.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work in doors as well as outdoors while visiting customers, as this position requires the use of company vehicle.
  • Must be able to always work with different types of customers while in stores. This will include the store greeters as well as all back store receivers.
  • Must be able to carry 20 to 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to always maintain vehicle and/or truck clean.
  • Must adhere to all safety measures including always wearing a back brace support while picking up cases; bending of knees to organize the product in some stores may be required.

We have an opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative - OEM

Position Overview:

As a Technical Sales Representative - OEM , you bring advanced technical knowledge and practical experience in welding and thermal spray technologies, enabling you to provide high-value products and solutions tailored to the needs of OEM clients.

What You'll Do:

Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new OEM customers.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to grow new and existing accounts.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with OEM customers and key stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance to help end-users reduce wear and equipment failure.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Offer hands-on technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Understand, assess, and validate customer needs proactively.
  • Resolve customer issues and manage escalations quickly and effectively.
  • Negotiate deals and manage key account relationships.
  • Meet sales targets and support strategic growth goals.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Travel to customer sites (50%-70%).
  • Contribute to the development of a Strategic Growth Plan aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Identify and communicate critical business issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events .
  • Keep documentation updated in CRM and submit weekly expense reports .
  • Perform additional duties as required.
What You'll Bring:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred in Materials or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of relevant industrial sales experience in wear services or related industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of welding solutions, thermal spray solutions and wear management solutions used in heavy industries.
  • 5+ years of experience selling to OEM customers
  • Advanced technical knowledge
  • Hunter mentality with cold-calling experience .
  • Knowledge of key industry clients and their market position.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic print reading skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Strong consultative communication skills .
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with effective time management .
  • Ability to travel 50-70%
