Position

This associate will be the first line of defense in managing price locks within our ERP systems. He/she will help establish best practices to align processes and address locks in a timely manner. This role is critical in improving EODB and managing price realization, while also maintaining share.

Job Functions

Price floor management; analyzes inconsistencies and identifies opportunities to optimize sales and profitability

Primary point of contact for pricing questions

Collect and analyzes data to validate competitive pricing

Establishes a system of documentation, communication and review of internal and external comparative price data, including wins and losses due to price

Support ERP system testing as necessary

Aid in true-up validation

Ability to work in office 5 days per week 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm

Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing

1+ years of related experience

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision making, human relations, and communication skills

About the Role:

As a CBRE Sales Management Sr. Analyst, you will partner with the sales team to support the business and operating model.

This job is part of the sales operations function. They are responsible for sales planning, strategy, and forecasting to achieve business objectives.

  • Assist with gathering information for presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.
