**Job Title**

**What does a successful Sales Support Specialist do?**
At Fiserv, the Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in reviewing, retrieving, creating, updating, and maintaining accurate partner documentation and reporting. As an ambassador of our Partner Administration team, you will ensure smooth administrative operations and setups aligned with Fiserv's commitment to excellence and our focused vision to be an outstanding fintech partner globally.
**What you will do:**
+ Review supporting documentation of Partner Registration for accuracy.
+ Retrieve required reporting for the adjudication of partners.
+ Execute Partner CoPilot setups for seamless integration.
+ Create, update, and maintain departmental reporting.
+ Support administrative changes for partners, including Sales Codes, Profiles, Bank Changes, User Setup, Email Address requests, Branding, and MID Transfers.
+ Ensure accurate and timely setup and maintenance of partner-related information.
**What you will need to have:**
+ 4+ years of experience in managing and verifying partner documentation.
+ 4+ years of experience in using sales support systems and tools, specifically Partner CoPilot.
+ 4+ years of experience in creating and maintaining detailed departmental reports.
+ Proficiency in adhering to and managing changes within sales codes and partner profiles.
+ High school diploma and/or equivalent military experience.
**What would be great to have:**
+ Bilingual proficiency with Spanish, Korean, Chinese and/or Vietnamese
+ 1-2 years of experience in sales support within the financial technology industry.
+ Experience in managing partner setup and changes, including bank changes and MID transfers.
+ 1-2 years of experience in documentation accuracy and quality control within a sales environment.
+ Experience using CRM systems for partner documentation management.
+ Advanced certification or courses in sales support, project management, or related fields.

As a Sales Support associate, you will have the opportunity to support delivering sales plan through selling effectiveness by understanding our customers' needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.

  • Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.

  • Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to brand standards.

  • Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room.

  • Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, marketing placement, and shipment processing as needed.

  • Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.

  • All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.

  • Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.

Essential Functions:
  • Direct responsibility to support the Territory Manager daily basis in non-selling functions.
  • Responsibility for non-selling tasks such as reading, reporting, and responding to contractor communications under the direction of the Territory Manager.
  • Understanding and utilizing Sales Force/SFA for updating opportunity and account activity and completing all tasks associated with ITB (invitation to bid), RFI (request for information), and proposal requests.
  • Other responsibilities include proficiencies with the internal maintenance screens, project forms, submittals, and all other internal tools where reporting and updates are required.
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's products or services.
  • Participate in virtual and in-person meetings with the Territory Manager, Superintendents, Installers, and GCs.
  • Participate in Quarterly Plan & Review sessions.
  • At times, make field visits to assist the Territory Manager with presentations, lunch and learns, and other meetings.
  • At the direction of the Territory Manager, communicate and work closely with the Construction Division, including the superintendents, installation crews, and Installation Coordinator to ensure timely installation updates and project details.
  • Interacts and communicates as needed with other departments; this includes but is not limited to administration, contracts, and business development.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education.
  • Strong skills in communication (oral and written), organization, and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits as required.
  • Travel in the field is >50% of the time.
  • Previous experience in sales or sales administration is preferred
  • Salesforce experience, preferred
  • Fast learner, ability to listen and effectively obtain information.
Physical Requirements:
  • Spend 5 days per week from a home office (or a combination of home office days and working with the TM from a remote work location)
  • This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours a day.
  • Must be able to physically transport samples case and literature to customers (approximately 40 lbs.).
