What we’re looking for Must Have: • 5+ years of experience in test automation development within the Life and Annuity insurance industry (or related industries). • Oversee end-to-end testing of software releases, ensuring product quality and compliance with insurance industry standards. • Strong expertise in Selenium or Playwright for web application automation. • Proficient in Java for scripting and automation development. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) for automated build and deployment processes. • Ability to understand business and functional requirements and translate them into test automation strategies. • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels. • Experience working in an Agile/Kanban environment. • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines. • A proactive mindset to identify risks early and implement solutions that minimize disruptions. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across environments.
