Responsibilities
- Work hand in hand with the Global Environmental Sustainability Specialist to develop and implement programs in alignment with AFL's sustainability programs.
- Develop and implement supplier sustainability processes and practices related to global supplier development.

- Maintain environmental data collection and retention processes and procedures.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the completion of customer questionnaires as they relate to environmental sustainability/ESG programs (i.e., REACH, RoHS, PFAS, WEEE, Business Continuity Planning, Supplier Diversity, etc.)
- Partner with Operations teams to enhance sustainability awareness at the facility level and make the connections between improved operational efficiency and upstream carbon footprint impacts associated with raw material purchases.
- Manage and facilitate the completion of 3rd party ESG scorecards (i.e., Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), ECOVADIS, etc.

- Direct supervision given from Manager, Supply Chain - Purchasing
- No Direct Reports
- Daily contact with supplier representatives, sales reps and ScanSource management
- Will occasionally make presentations to both supplier and ScanSource Senior Management
Credentials:
Required:
- High School/GED
- Organizational Skills
- Computer Skills (MS Office)
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 or more years of relevant experience (technology or distribution)
- SAP Experience
- Proficiency in foreign language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit a computer terminal for long periods of time
- Ability to be physically in attendance at workstation at designated company office location during normal business hours designated for the position
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time
- Ability to lift 10 pounds
Compensation:
Compensation: $45,000
Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
