**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:**
+ **Back of House Functions:** You will process all inbound and outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and product transfers.
+ **Stockroom Organization:** Maintain organization to ensure products are easily located for the sales team.
+ **Customer Experience:** You will replenish merchandise within the boutique and assist the sales floor as needed.
+ **Operations and Safety:** You will take part in maintaining a safe boutique environment, ensuring cleanliness, and demonstrating loss prevention efforts.

Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the efficient and accurate preparation of orders for shipment, coordination with various teams, and timely communication for deliveries and pick-ups. This position is a full-time position working Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00 am to 2:30pm. The position is eligible for overtime, as authorized by supervision.
Essential Functions:
- Order Prep
- Allocate Orders by priority throughout the day
- Print Selection tags / Pick lists
- Update Pick lists with proper information – pallet counts etc.
- Break up and fanfold case labels for order selection
- Review canceled lines on orders / OOS
- Communicate order shortages to Customer Service for Supplementals
- Print and prepare add-ons and consolidate to the main order
- Print all schedules of p-ups from CS and Trans.
- Driver check-in / Coordination
- Check-in OTR drivers for delivery or pick-up at the shipping window and notify respective departments

- Updates outbound board and Yard and Dock in WMS for proper door assignments

Job Purpose: The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for conducting cycle counts and bin location audits, assisting in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies and working with the Inventory Supervisor/Manager in any inventory related functions concerned with inventorying materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom, warehouse, or yard.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs physical counts of inventory items in order to maintain accurate inventory.
- Counts and reconciles randomly chosen or chosen part numbers and/or locations on a daily basis.
- Accurately inputs inventory control data to ensure inventory integrity.
- Completes necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on-time.
- Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Use of motorized equipment including: Order Picker, Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-Up Reach Truck
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ensures compliance to inventory processes and procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets.
- Utilize computer terminal to properly account for inventory issues, returns, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training in Inventory Control.
- Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training in warehouse environment.
- Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high lift.
- Experience using WMS software a plus (Synapse preferred).
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.
Education and/or Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read and write emails.
- Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets.
- Forklift certification a plus.

Processes and maintains New Inventory from Factory in ADP. To operate within the guidelines of Ford Motor Company and the standards of Five Star Ford to build a relationship as well as create an experience for our customers rather than a transaction. Works together to create a culture where employees can LOVE their jobs and customers can LOVE our employees. Demostrates an attitude of CARING toward co-workers and customers in order for both to feel valued.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Print New Invoices daily from FMCdealer on incoming Inventory and make inventory jacket.
· Process keys in ADP/VMS by entering key codes and changing status to “S”.
· Post in Accounting thru AGJE to GL.
· Floors and pay-off Dealer Trades accordingly
· Maintain the Inventory files.
· Maintains New Car inventory schedule.
· Process payments for outstanding toll invoices.
· Cross-trains others to handle Inventory clerk daily responsibilities.
· LIFO
· Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
· Completes Ethos trainings in a timely manner.
Assist with other functions in Accounting as needed when asked by Management
