How You Will Create An Impact

  • Working in teams for a wide variety of clients, products, and project types, while building industry, business, and subject matter expertise through fast-paced projects. Specifically gain experience in:
    • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to support pricing and sales strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
    • Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to support various client engagements, including developing presentations, creating financial models, and contributing to client workshops.
    • Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing compelling presentations and reports for clients, showcasing findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner.

Your Profile

  • Has an undergraduate and/or graduate degree from an accredited university/college in business, statistics, economics, marketing, finance, math, or related business field.
  • 2+ years of full-time work experience with an undergraduate degree or 2 year Masters degree, preferably in one of the following areas, but not limited to: consulting, change management, continuous improvement, project management, functional experience in pricing, marketing and sales.
  • Professional experience in analyzing and solving complex problems, which includes defining actionable recommendations using well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).
  • Record of accomplishment of managing multiple projects, including work plans and deliverables. Strong collaboration and teamworking skills.
  • Inclusive and empathetic team member; Has had some supervisory experience in mentoring and coaching others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused attitude.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complex data analytic skills using Python, SQL, etc. is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • In-office or client site presence 2-3 days per week in alignment with our hybrid working model.

The pay range for this position is $125,000-155,000/yr. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 13 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.

**Position Overview**
Principals play a key leadership role on the Market Access Strategy Consulting team. The Senior Principal is accountable for working directly with clients to provide value-added input and to deliver projects built around strategic insights. + Meets or exceeds assigned revenue targets by developing and delivering insightful, value-added proposals that address complex client issues.

**About The Role:**
+ Work directly with thePartner in leadingleadingthePricing andContractingStrategybusiness unit with the Dedham Groupin managing ateam of associates & junior managers.
+ Serve as the main client point of contact forstrategicproject engagements and internal teamlead.Addressclient questions independently and provide subject matter perspective regardless of projectscope
+ Provide subject matterexpertiseand thought leadershipforPricing and Contractingstrategy& research efforts, including stakeholder panel development, data sourcing,marketaccess trends & commercialization needs, etc.
+ Partner with internal Dedham Group/ Norstella resources to support lead generation &cross-selling opportunitiesacross the Norstella family ofcompanies
+ Exhibit a client-first mentality (e.g.responsive, updates on market events, ad-hoc requests) and Facilitates discussions at end of projects to support opportunity for follow-on workdiscussions
+ Adhere to Dedham standards regarding client relationships & project pricing / scoping, including rapid response time, client-first mentality, competitive pricing, and scopes that enable quality insightgeneration
+ Maintain and update client records inSalesforce
+ 100% remote workwith the option for in-office work
+ Other duties as assigned
**Required Experience:**
+ 5-6years of experienceinlife sciences strategy consulting, with an emphasis inPricing and ContractingStrategyor similar roleswithin biopharmaceutical / pharmaceuticalcommercialization
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams / teams at one time& createcomplete, "client-ready" deliverables with creative analyses for partnerreview
+ Demonstrated deep understanding and breadth of experiences across the market accesslandscape
+ Experience in mentorship & development of junior managers & associates
+ Comprehensive understanding of life science and pharmaceutical engagement strategies and tactics,acting as a thought partner to clients
+ Significant experiencewith dataanalytics andquantitativemodels to supportstrategicclientengagements
+ Strong teamplayer, ability to work with cross-functionalstaff

_The expected base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $230,000_ _. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus._
