What You'll Do
+ Under the direction of the Brand Expression leader, you will build concepts and execute the visual strategy for the brands across consumer touchpoints including packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, etc.

Job Qualifications
+ BA/BS in Graphic Design with 1-5 years of full-time design work experience
+ A portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in graphic design and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving and technical mastery.
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
+ Strong collaboration and interdependence skills both within design and multi-functional partners. Experience collaborating across geographies and organizational boundaries is a plus.
+ Outstanding listening skills with a view to understanding and anticipating the needs.
+ Outstanding project management skills, ability to lead multiple initiatives and handle complexity with confidence. Proven field, outstanding time management skills, ability to set priorities and be accountable from concept to final design delivery.
+ Flexibility in an environment of constant change.
+ Expertise in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) AI is a plus.
Starting Pay / Salary Range: $85,000 to $15,000

As compelling visual installations and graphic content is crucial to all aspects of omni-channel marketing and communications, this role will report to the Director of Marketing. This role supports the development of physical and digital content for all parts of the Tori Richard Ltd business and brands and will establish and maintain effective service level agreements for all customers, both internal and external. Visual and image editing using adapted software and technologies. Create web ready product imagery to support E-com and Paid Ads as well as partners’ needs. Ensure product images meet quality and company standards. Coordinate with Merchandising teams and our in-house studios to acquire images and graphic assets. Confirm images are uploaded accurately to sites and digital asset management tools. Assist with troubleshooting and resolve image issues. Manage and tracking progress on assigned tasks through various interfaces including in-house task management tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SharePoint Coordinate with cross-functional partners. Organize tasks to meet deadlines. Lead packaging and branding developments MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in design or related areas and/or seven+ years of Design/Visual Merchandising management experience preferred. Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital advertising solutions to help our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. The Brand Identity program's mission to to provide accurate brand mappings while enabling advertisers to self-curate and manage their brands. We map brands to products, advertisers, creatives and more and work closely with a science team that leverages these mappings to generate behavioral/contextual signals.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
