**Responsibilities**
Perform clerical and logistical duties for supply and inventory controls. Support both commodity and non-stock products.

POSITION SUMMARY

3. For assigned surgical or special usage areas, assesses upcoming schedules for procedures, physician preference cards and other sources of future needs forecast information. Orders special items and coordinates the receipt, storage and delivery of such items.
4. Uses a materials management information system for ordering, tracking, charging, and usage reporting. Updates MMIS system files and ensures compliance with policies.

6. Works independently under general supervision. Follows and creates work procedures. Analyzes needs and determines own work routines to meet needs. Solves routine or daily supply chain problems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires business, math and communications skills, knowledge and abilities as normally evidenced by an associates in business or procurement, or equivalent experience and training.
Requires the knowledge normally acquired over two or more years experience in Materials Management and/or the medical field, with a broad understanding of medical supplies, medical supply handling, and inventory management. Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Internship will consist of project work and analysis, training, and rotational experiences to learn about the various supply chain functions within Martin Brower US. The Intern will assist with various supply chain process improvement projects, KPI development, analysis and root causation, and developing as is and to be process mapping. Through the internship, they will be exposed to aspects of Supply Chain Planning with various Customers, through an organized schedule for the duration of the internship.
