The VIZIO Enterprise Program Management team is looking for a highly talented, experienced, and motivated Staff, Technical Operations to help shepherd roadmap delivery across the organization. What You'll Do:
- Manage software development project activities across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Collaborate with development, product, architect, and partner teams to determine technical direction and system design.
- Create, manage, and track project schedules, plans, scope statements, resource plans, and risk logs.
- Tailor project management and support processes to meet individual project needs.
- Oversee resource planning and organizational capacity planning.

Calvary Technical Services (CTS)mission is to provide our ministries the information technology needed to fulfill the mission of CCCM in an efficient and effective manner. The IT department assists in the technical analysis, design, procurement, implementation, operation and support of computing infrastructure and services.
Position Purpose / Summary
As the Network Technician at CCCM, you would be an integral part of the Information Technology team (CTS) and will include infrastructure planning across the organization. you would support internal as well as external data networks, maintain systems, applications, security and network configurations. They will be responsible for troubleshooting network performance issues and maintaining a disaster recovery plan, as well as recommending upgrades and patches for applications and equipment. You would provide technical guidance to users as well as troubleshooting assistance to the Help Desk staff.The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ. The ideal candidate will be a minister of the Gospel in this position by praying with and for the staff, serving the staff within the practical aspect of this position, and occasionally leading staff devotions.

- Ensure network security and connectivity
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Resolve problems reported by end user
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
- Define network policies and procedures
- Specify system requirements and design solutions
- Research and make recommendations on server system administration
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
- Support and administer third-party applications
- Day-to-day administration of Active Directory, including but not limited to add/move/change requests, DHCP, DNS, GPO
- Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
- Proven experience in a network administrator role
- Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
- Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
- Ability to set up and configure server hardware
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
- Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Participate in on-call rotation. Must be willing to work during emergency situations after hours, weekends and even holidays if summoned to do so.
- Must be willing to travel to our other facilities in our immediate region when asked to do so if the team needs your help.
