Windstream's team of Business Systems Technicians are vital team members who represent our leading telecommunications brand that connects small business, enterprise and carrier partners across the United States. Our team of Business Systems Technicians care about technology and connecting customers to products they value. Through providing technical expertise and customer support, our Business Systems Technicians create meaningful connections with customers that create long-term relationships.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Install and repair business communications services including telephone, internet, and video.
+ Train and work with tools and test equipment to provide service of multiple different technologies and network designs.
+ Recommend products and services that resolve their communications needs.
+ Work in both buried and aerial plant requiring pole climbing and ladder skills.
+ Safely operate and maintain clean and organized company service vehicle.
+ Work in both inside and outside environments.
+ Complete necessary safety training and follow safety standards and and regulations
+ You will report to the Manager of Local Operations
**Qualifications - External**
**Do You Have?**
+ Basic technology and math skills
+ Valid driver's license and safe driving record
+ Ability to distinguish colors in use of color-coded cable.
+ Ability to use equipment with maximum load capacity of 275lbs.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs, capable of working aloft.
+ Ability to successfully complete required safety training.
+ Ability to work assigned schedules and extended hours including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
+ Ability to respond to after hour call-outs.
+ Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 3-4 years of technical/telephony experience with 3+ years directly related to the job; or 6+ years of directly related telephony or network operations experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience; or applicable military experience required.

The Senior CNC System Administrator is responsible for technical maintenance of our Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment. This position has a proven track record of proactive support and maintenance for EnterpriseOne in a large, multi-site business environment with thousands of system users.
You'd be responsible for:
+ Maintenance, support, administration, problem resolution, builds, and deployments of the JDE EnterpriseOne environment.
+ Managing system performance, monitoring issues, and proactively tuning system parameters.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JD Edwards CNC, ensuring high system availability and performance.
+ Scheduling and executing ongoing system administration and maintenance tasks such as data refreshes, cross reference builds, quarterly patching, etc.
+ User/Role management and troubleshooting.
+ Security setup, modification, and troubleshooting.
+ Applying ESUs, ASUs, Updates, and Service Pack upgrades.
+ UDO Administration.
+ Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and database teams to ensure efficient operation of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems.
+ Maintain standards for implementing and managing technology to ensure EnterpriseOne architecture, and related database systems conform to optimal cost/performance, user functionality, maintainability, and quality objectives.
+ Providing project support to customers, IT business analysts and developers, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetary guidelines.
You might be a good fit if you have:
+ 10+ years of direct, hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC system administration and coordinating EnterpriseOne technical support and maintenance across business application team stakeholders.
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
+ Experience with EnterpriseOne troubleshooting, applying ESUs, patches, upgrades, server/environment configurations, full and update package builds.
+ Experience with Object Management Workbench (OMW) Administration Management.
+ Strong EnterpriseOne business application knowledge.
+ Strong database knowledge including Microsoft SQL, EnterpriseOne specific files and OMW related files.
+ Experience with integration tools such as BizTalk, BPEL or MuleSoft.
+ Experience with automation tools such as Automate.
+ Experience with administering ReportsNow.
+ Experience with the following applications: SecureEnds, ALLOut Security, Vertex, Spotlight on SQL Server, and Everest SSO.
+ After business hour support is required for scheduled deployments and production issues associated with nightly data feeds and integrations when needed.
+ Ability to manage and control technical projects and deliverables.
+ The ability to work effectively individually but also collaborate with leadership and internal team members.
