Join a team of experienced and diverse geotechnical engineers, where you will provide high quality design and consulting services as part of multi-disciplined project teams for challenging domestic and international, power and industrial projects. These engineering services include but are not limited to the geotechnical aspects of foundation design (shallow & deep), earth retention systems, dam stability analyses/inspections, insitu instrumentation/monitoring programs, subsurface exploration, seismic stability, liquefaction analyses, ground improvement, groundwater supply wells, and field oversight of exploration and construction activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of diverse geotechnical field and design experience.
Typical responsibilities may include:
+ Provide designs and work closely with all design disciplines and business groups within S&L
+ Prepare and review detailed calculations to
+ Develop soil parameters for both static and dynamic conditions
+ Determine drilled and driven pile capacity
+ Evaluate shallow foundation capacity and settlement
+ Analyze slope stability
+ Lead geotechnical project teams
+ Work with Designers to accurately portray technical information on drawings
+ Prepare and review specifications for subsurface investigations, deep foundations, ground improvement, earth retaining systems, monitoring wells, water production wells, and general earthwork
+ Prepare bid tabulations and technical recommendations for bids received in response to specifications prepared
+ Conduct on-site quality surveillance of subsurface exploration programs and provide periodic onsite representation during construction activities
+ Establishing laboratory testing programs
+ Review vendor documents for conformity with specifications
+ Participate in dam and dike examinations
+ Regular domestic and occasional international travel

Essential skills and experience:
+ 10+ years of diverse and progressive Geotechnical field and design experience.
+ BSCE (MSCE preferred) from an ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission-approved program with a strong background and coursework emphasis in Geotechnical Engineering.
+ Professional Engineer License in at least 1 state, required.
+ Experience with the collection of field data using soil borings, CPTs, shear wave profiles, etc.
+ Experience formulating detailed engineering design recommendations for shallow foundations, deep foundations, and earth retaining structures.
+ Experience in geotechnical design of power plant and transmission facilities is desirable but not required.
+ Familiarity with design tools and software, such as LPILE, Slope/W, and proficient with Excel, and Word.
+ US Citizenship required to support nuclear power projects.
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Ability to maintain professional presence in settings ranging from the client offices to construction "trenches".
+ Working knowledge of:
+ ASTM standards, and/or
+ NRC geotechnical standards is desired.
+ Excellent English verbal communication skills and effective writing skills.
+ Ability and willingness to travel (both domestic and international).

+ Three or more years experience in leading an engineering design team through all phases of a project design.

**Job overview and responsibilities**
The IT/Cyber Audit Project Lead will be responsible for leading and executing on the DT and Cyber Audit program and supporting the development of a next-generation, global IT audit function. This includes developing a deep understanding of technology and security processes and risks within the airline industry, creating strong partnerships with cross functional leaders, carrying out the cyber audit program and mentoring individuals to deliver on value-add audits and high-quality audit reports. This position reports directly to the Manager of IT/Cyber Audit.
+ Audit Program and Project Management:
+ Lead and support cybersecurity and technology audits, demonstrating a strong working knowledge of IT and cybersecurity standards/frameworks (for example, NIST, COBIT, ITIL) that impact the organization both in the United States and globally. Key activities include audit scoping (including incorporating technical security testing), planning, stakeholder management, fieldwork execution, reporting and validation of remediated audit findings.
+ Supervise and schedule the work of 1-4 IT and cyber audit staff and/or senior IT and cyber auditors on concurrent projects, under the guidance of the Senior Manager of IT Audit or Manager of IT/Cyber Audit on project deliverables

**About This Role:**
The Lead, Human Capital Program Management Office & Change Management will play a key role in helping Human Capital projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule, and budget objectives. You will be focused on leading and executing multiple project management efforts for critical strategic HC priorities. Additionally, you will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. The final candidate will work to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and improve the efficacy by which other employees respond such that business results are achieved.
This role needs to be well-versed in process improvement & excellence tools, as well as business process methodologies. Ideal candidates have internal/corporate HR experience in a professional services firm and should have demonstrated a record of highly effective stakeholder management and experience with influencing leaders to drive outcomes.
+ Project Management:
+ Lead our Human Capital Project Management Office and Change Management function to ensure successful adoption of initiatives across the Human Capital Portfolio. Develop tools and practices for our Human Capital leaders to utilize as they manage projects within their functions.
+ Build rapport and respect both within the Human Capital team and across the enterprise - to include, but not limited to:

+ Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
+ Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
+ Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
+ Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
+ Create and manage adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes related to Human Capital projects.
+ Supervision:
+ While this role will not immediately have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to influence many others in the organization to succeed. This individual will function as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. The chosen candidate will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
