**Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as Senior Project Manager and/or Project Technical Lead for water OT infrastructure projects that include Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) for new installation and replacement projects for pumping stations, conveyance, wastewater treatment and water treatment.
+ Provide technical leadership for OT projects that includes key and strategic clients in the southwest United States (US) and occasionally for projects in other regions of the US, Canada, and abroad, by performing a variety of tasks to plan, design and deliver the work.
+ Facilitate the development of OT solutions with clients. This includes, but may not be limited to face-to-face client interactions, site visits, technical training for client staff, and workshop presentations.
+ Plan, organize, and manage the production of project deliverables to ensure on-time delivery, high technical quality and within the budget.
+ Prepare technical evidenced proposals with equipment suppliers/vendors.
+ Execute multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
+ Work with more junior engineers to perform SCADA Master Plans, design process data integrations, write control system engineering reports, and select OT System design criteria.
+ Conduct alternative analyses to support business case evaluations for project decisions.
+ Effectively apply industry and client standards to project work.
+ Work with teams for projects, which require meetings with clients, contractors, utility companies, and governmental agencies.
+ Effectively plan, manage, and communicate project scope, budget, and schedule requirements with clients and with the internal Stantecteam.
+ Identify appropriate resources and skill sets to achieve project objectives as well as manage contract terms, track and manage costs and schedule, and implement measures necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
+ Actively support proposal pricing strategies, cost proposal preparation, contract legal and risk reviews, and related marketing efforts needed to develop winning proposals. B UILD: Supervise and Mentor Young Professionals

+ Experience with alternative delivery/commercial models for OT projects is a plus.
+ Expertise and work history in the design and delivery of projects working with top vendor platforms such as Rockwell, Emerson, Schneider and/or ABB is required.
**Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related engineering field (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, etc) from an accredited institution.
+ Master of Science in Electrical, Mechanical or Control Systems Engineering from an accredited institution is preferred.
+ Licensed Professional Engineer required.
+ Project Management Professional is preferred.
+ Minimum of 15 years of experience in water OT related infrastructure design projects
+ Must have good driving record and valid driver's license.

We are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer with proven experience in the evaluation and design of both small and large dams to join our Energy group in Irvine or San Diego, CA. This is a technical leadership role for someone passionate about working with multi-disciplinary teams on some of the most challenging projects in dam and hydropower engineering and rehabilitation.
The successful candidate will lead geotechnical and civil design tasks and coordinate with a team of geologists, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts across Stantec's global network. **Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead geotechnical and civil design for embankment and concrete dams, spillways, outlet works, and appurtenant structures.
+ Manage project teams (1-10 staff) through all phases of design, from site investigation to final deliverables, while fostering the growth and technical development of junior staff.
+ Conduct and oversee design calculations and technical analyses, including seepage modeling, slope stability, deformation, and foundation evaluations, using SEEP/W, SLOPE/W, FLAC, PLAXIS, Phase2, etc.
+ Develop design drawings and technical specifications for various levels of design (e.g., 30%, 60%, 90%, 100% design).
+ Prepare and lead development of technical reports including Geotechnical Work Plans, Geotechnical Data Reports (GDRs), Geotechnical Baseline Reports (GBRs), technical memoranda, computation packages, feasibility studies, field reports, and other design and evaluation reports.
+ Participate in FERC Part 12D reviews, Potential Failure Mode Analysis (PFMA) workshops, and Risk Informed Decision Making (RIDM) based assessments.
+ Develop familiarity with regulatory agency requirements, technical design standards, and industry standards and guidelines.
+ Interface with regulatory agencies (e.g., FERC, DSOD, USACE) to support permitting and compliance.

Minimum Requirements
Required Experience :
- 15 years full time paid professional experience in the preparation of complete cost estimates for major/complex type I, II, or III, and V building construction as defined by
the State building codes, including three years in a supervisory capacity. - Extensive knowledge and experience in developing conceptual and preconstruction cost estimates for complex school building projects.
- Ability to prepare cost estimates quickly in a fast- paced working environment.
- Knowledge of current local construction labor and material costs.
- Extensive experience in developing and estimating the scope of work for change orders.
- Ability to compare the independent cost estimate with contractor proposal to quickly identify .
- Ability to develop scope of work based on RFI/RFC answers and estimates the detailed costs of those scopes of work independent of the contractor proposal.

Stantec's Water practice in Pasadena, California is seeking a highly motivated **Water/Wastewater Engineer** to join our successful team working on iconic projects as a **Project Technical Lead (PTL)** . In the Water Business Line, the PTL is accountable for work production on the project and coordinating all multi-disciplinary activities and inputs by the technical team to ensure an integrated technical solution is achieved and that the quality of all technical outputs has been confirmed by an independent review. Primary responsibilities include project delivery and design management for water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects. We are looking for someone with experience in the evaluation, planning, design and construction administration of water, recycled water, and/or wastewater infrastructure projects including alternatives analysis; treatment plant, pump station, and pipeline design; engineering services during construction; and project management. **Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Promote of Stantec's project delivery structure that includes Project Managers and Project Technical Leads.
