The Solution Architecture Lead is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating complex business needs into clear, detailed technical specifications and solution designs. Conduct workshops, interviews, and review sessions to ensure clarity and completeness. Create Technical Specifications: Develop comprehensive, unambiguous documentation including user stories, process flows, data models, interface specifications, and detailed technical designs that developers can work from confidently. Solution Design & Validation: Translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Platform Engineering to align designs with enterprise architecture and standards. Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary translator between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and that requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned with project goals. Support Development & Testing: Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood, testable, and implemented correctly. Qualifications & Requirements 7+ years of experience in a hybrid role involving requirements analysis, systems analysis, solution design, or solution architecture. Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications. Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, DevOps, and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure). Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product managers, and business stakeholders. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, X-Ray, and requirements management platforms. Knowledge of security, compliance (PHI/PII), and enterprise architecture standards. - Lead the technical design and architecture of Python-based applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
