- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a variety of technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity, Cloud Architects).
- Deep understanding of various programming languages, software development methodologies, and cloud technologies.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools.

You will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Business Partner for the assigned r egion. You will be part of a team of enthusiastic and collaborative professionals responsible for a variety of talent acquisition activities to hire high-potential talent at different locations . You will supplement Reworld's talent sourcing footprint, build talent pipelines, expand the reach of Reworld's employment brand, and support talent acquisition operations in a high-volume, high-touch environment. While you may be assigned to a specific region or business unit, this role will provide you with an opportunity to support other regions or business units. The role will require you to travel to different sites and events. We will prefer a candidate willing to work in a hybrid/ flex work model in the assigned region . Amongst other things, you will: Source talent with a focus on local, diverse, and underrepresented talent, across different functions , levels, and geographies The TA Lead will oversee and manage all recruiting goals and deliverables for assigned sites, working closely with the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner to ensure effective and efficient talent acquisition strategies are executed Responsible for driving recruitment performance, aligning site-specific needs with RPO capabilities, and ensuring timely and quality hires Identify and develop robust candidate pipelines to support hiring for critical roles and talent opportunities regionally Serve as liaison, providing guidance and support to Reworld's RPO and agency partners to ensure delivery of optimal talent recruitment strategies throughout the region Screen and deliver a slate(s) of qualified, diverse candidates within the target compensation range for assigned requisitions and to support regional hiring needs Provide exceptional experience for candidates and internal/ external partners and stakeholders Become a power user of the ATS / RMS (Workday Recruiting) system, while leveraging all available resources and databases to build and manage talent pipelines Provide timely metrics, reports, and status updates on assigned requisitions/ projects or as requested Maintain a sound understanding of Reworld's value proposition, business and hiring needs, industry trends, and niche sites, and help to ensure adoption of Reworld's EVP amongst RPO and approved vendor networks Participate in local, industry, community, diversity, veteran, and college hiring events Partner with other team members on projects, innovative sourcing strategies, and creative cost-effective solutions to support TA, HR, and regional business priorities and objectives Partner with members of the HR and Hiring teams to develop effective job advertising, marketing, and sourcing strategies for local grassroots and regional hiring Work in compliance with industry rules, regulations, and practices Be an effective, efficient, and engaged partner Position Requirements : Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, candidates with commensurate years of experience will be considered A minimum of five (5) years of full lifecycle Talent Acquisition and Sourcing experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, material processing environments or related industries is required .
