Position Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier Finance, Accounting, and IT professionals.
- Utilize multiple recruiting channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networking events, referrals, and Ringside Talent's internal database.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through ongoing networking and industry engagement.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire candidate life cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates to ensure engagement and retention.
- Act as a career advisor, providing insights on market trends, resume improvements, and interview preparation.
- Deliver Most Placeable Candidate (MPC) presentations to business development teams and clients to generate job orders.
- Conduct follow-ups with placed candidates to ensure successful transitions into new roles.
- Partner with Business Development Managers to understand client needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly.
- Assist in developing recruiting strategies tailored to specific client requirements.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to improve Ringside Talent's recruitment process.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including submittals, send-outs, placements, and retention rates.
- Ensure all candidate and job data is accurately recorded in PC Recruiter (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Work closely with leadership to optimize recruiting processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, hiring challenges, and evolving workforce dynamics.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition (Finance, Accounting, or IT preferred).
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like PC Recruiter, Bullhorn, or similar.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

Talent Acquisition Coordinators provide comprehensive support for various recruitment operations. Coordinators work collaboratively as a team and in tandem with recruiters, HR partners and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and contribute to the overall success of the university’s talent acquisition efforts. Talent Acquisition Coordinators complete the hiring business process in Workday and troubleshoot complex issues that require an elevated level of problem-solving. Coordinators serve as the liaison between partners in departments such as Employee Health and Employee Background Checks and recruiters. They also assist in various stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing, screening and initial candidate engagement to interviews and preboarding. They support recruiters by assisting with screening applications, scheduling interviews, preparing interview packets, conducting initial interviews, dispositioning applicants, and assisting with recruiting events. Coordinators also respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers and engage in other projects such as building robust applicant pools and training entry-level coordinators. Administers or assists with employment tests as needed.
Work Experience requirement listed below:
Six years of experience in the field or in a related area. Experience should also include varied business situations or circumstances which tend to favorably develop the job incumbent in terms of confidentiality maturity discretion personal tact judgment and initiative. Knowledge of human resources recruiting policies and procedures - experience and knowledge of all steps in the full life-cycle of recruiting.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the complete recruitment life-cycle, including screening and recommending staff placements using creative sourcing methods both internally and externally. You will manage both technical and non-technical positions, working independently with minimal guidance, and serve as a resource for less experienced talent acquisition employees.
Responsibilities
+ Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs.
+ Screen resumes and interview candidates by phone or in person.

+ Serve as a recruiting expert within an assigned territory.

+ Manage the internal transfer process, including screening and coordinating interviews.

+ Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients to meet staffing goals.
+ Communicate important employment information during offer delivery, such as benefits and compensation.
+ Ensure onboarding and new hire orientation processes occur.
+ Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with federal/state laws, including affirmative action plan compliance.
+ Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
+ Maintain application/resume files and retention according to company policy.
