In this key leadership role, you will be accountable for strategy, engineering, product delivery and will be the critical interface between business needs, user needs, and the technology capabilities for the Surest business. **Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Engage with business leaders to fully understand key business drivers

Partner with the global privacy operations team to manage cross-border data transfers, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR, SCCs, and other international frameworks. Collaborate with other functional areas, including IT, Security, Procurement, Contracts, and Compliance to embed privacy-by-design principles in enterprise systems and processes.
