**The Role at a Glance**
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Risk Management to join the Market Risk oversight team, which is a part of the broader Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function in the Office of the CRO. This team is focused on setting the parameters of risk management as they relate to the hedging of capital market risks. This is a relatively new team at Lincoln, and we're growing! This position will play a pivotal role in building out the Market Risk oversight function that intersects hedging strategy, derivative trading strategy and hedge performance reporting spanning various life and annuity products such as Variable Annuities (VAs), Registered Index-Linked Annuities (RILAs), Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIAs), Guaranteed Variable Universal Life (GVUL), etc.
You will work closely with risk managers to monitor risk exposures, assess risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, experience with financial instruments, and a deep understanding of market risk management practices.
**What you'll be doing**
+ Build out independent market risk reporting that captures liability attribution, hedge performance attribution, risk profile, hedge trading, etc.
+ Research market risk exposure across equities, interest rates, etc. and provide insights to management on potential hedge risks, performance metrics, and any deviations from established risk limits
+ Partner with IT and quantitative teams to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of risk management systems, tools, and models
+ Collaborate with first line partners to design and continuously improve the market risk management framework, including setting risk limits, thresholds, and reporting procedures
+ Monitor and recommend the use of various hedging instruments (e.g., options, swaps, futures) to effectively mitigate risks such as interest rate and market volatility exposure
+ Work with front-office teams to understand market views, exposures, and trading strategies, ensuring that risks are appropriately managed
+ Provide effective challenge to strategic and tactical moves
+ Leverage external relationships to remain up to date on market regulation and best-in-class hedging/derivative strategies
+ Provide thought leadership on improvements to technological and operational efficiencies
**What we're looking for**
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
+ Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, FSA, CQF) is a plus.
**Experience**
+ 5+ years of experience in market risk management, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably within the financial services or investment banking industry. Experience working in a second line market risk oversight role is a plus.
+ Solid understanding of capital markets, derivatives, and insurance products including but not limited to annuities.
+ Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex risk information to senior stakeholders.
+ High level of attention to detail, with the ability to identify and assess risks accurately and promptly.
+ Strong programming skills (Python, VBA, SQL, etc.)
+ Working knowledge of visualization software such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Knowledge of insurance capital structures is a plus.
+ Ability to read, analyze and interpret both internal and external documents such as general media/publications, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, policies, proposals, and standard operating procedures.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe contractor shall provide Functional Mission Analysis-Cyber assistance to identify weapon system's critical information technology architecture and supporting infrastructure that aids in the warfighting mission. Contractor shall perform Information Security Analyst functions as follow:
- Contractor personnel supporting this effort shall possess a fundamental understanding of DoD mission assurance concepts/principles and how they relate to the USAF mission.

- CCSP or Cloud+ or CySA+ or GICSP
- Three (3) years of experience required:
- Functional Mission Analysis in Cyberspace processes and associated mapping and defense of Mission-Relevant Terrain in Cyberspace.
- Information Technology (IT) cybersecurity principles, concepts, and methods to investigate, analyze, and respond to cyber incidents within a computer network environment or enclave
- IT security principles, policies, products and services to assess risk factors and advise on vulnerability to attack from a variety of sources (e.g., destructive programs/applications/ viruses, unauthorized access, disruption of services, espionage) and procedures and methods for protection of systems and applications
- Commonly applied telecommunications principles, concepts, and methodologies, operating characteristics and capabilities of systems, media, equipment, and related software systems, processes, and procedures to assess the efficiency of operations and make recommendations involving equipment and system integrity.
- Attend the Air Force virtual FMA-C course within one month of onboard, or upon first class availability.
- Complete virtual Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS) training within one month of onboard and obtain an account for MADSS and Strategic Mission Assurance Database System (SMADS).

**Compensation:**
Pay Range:$72,500-$107,000

Position Summary

NCC is seeking an Information Security Compliance Specialist for an upcoming contract.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Planning: Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment Planning (CORA) consisting of the following:
- Testing and analysis of all applicable STIGs.
- Scheduling and implementation of all applicable STIGs.
- Monitoring and execution of the quarterly revalidation schedule.
- Monitoring emerging changes to the applicable STIGs outside of the quarterly schedules. (CDRL A003).
- Meeting Support: The contractor personnel shall support the following: (a) briefing 557 WW leadership on Cyber Security updates; (b) preparing biweekly Cyber Security Update meetings; (c) meeting with stakeholders to facilitate Cyber Security collaboration and (d) obtaining input from stakeholders to present to 557 WW leadership. (CDRL A002, A003, A005).
- Monitoring the cybersecurity risk and threat to the 557 WW’s cyber environment.
- Assisting with the implementation plans for the 557 WW’s transition to a cloud environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Secret Government Security Clearance.
- 5 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security and system accreditation.
- Experience in the following:
- Endpoint Security
- Assured Compliance Assurance Solutions (ACAS)
- Threat hunting and risk analysis
- Intrusion Detection Systems
- DISA STIGS
- IAT Level II Certification
