**Job Description:**
**Night Shift 9pm-6am, Monday-Friday**
**Position Summary:**
This role is responsible for ensuring on-time, safe and efficient delivery of product to customer locations. This is accomplished by scheduling and directing drivers to ensure department efficiency, on-time and safe delivery to retail customers, monitoring all routes for customer orders, analyzing delivery data and customer service levels and making appropriate adjustments to meet customer needs.
**Here's what you'll do:**
+ Understand labor scheduling process and work schedules to achieve maximum retail service within available DOT hours by making specific driver and tractor assignments.
+ Monitor driver logs for compliance with break times; partner cross-functionally on DOT compliance (i.e., DOT physical re-certifications, driver's license renewals, random drug screenings, paperwork completion).
+ Sort and route customer loads, same day and next day delivery as well as backhauls through the routing and scheduling software system.
+ Communicate with drivers and customers regarding concerns, delays, changes and resolve as necessary.
+ Assign daily work assignments and hold associates accountable to perform these activities in adherence with the labor contract.
+ Coach, counsel, and train associates on proper methods and procedures to ensure completion of the job in a satisfactory manner.
+ Document associate activities according to procedure and participate as necessary in the progressive discipline process.
+ Assist supervisor with union grievances, contractual adherence, and associate concerns.
+ Ensure daily and weekly reports are completed timely.
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for effectiveness.
+ Make recommendations to ensure financial and service goals are met.
+ Analyze customer delivery schedules working with cross functional teams to ensure the mostcost-efficient routes and load density goals are achieved.
+ Communicate and coordinate routing activities with customer service, MIS, dispatch, warehouse and customers as needed.
+ Work with customer service to coordinate special deliveries, add-ons, backhauls, store requests for delivery changes, transfers to and from locations, etc.
+ Ensure that all customer communication is logged timely and accurately.
+ Review all fleet equipment and person on-the-job injury accidents with supervisor and safety compliance manager.
+ Participate in investigations as required.
+ Complete and distribute reports and recommendations of findings, prevention and/or disciplinary action.
+ Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

+ Three years' experience in logistics/transportations/or supply chain operations.
+ Familiarity with dispatch software and on-board computers preferred.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.

+ Strong decision-making, problem solving and time management skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure with strict timelines.

The Orb Software team is a compact group of industry veterans, versatile software engineers, and dedicated hackers, united by Worldcoins vision. Our responsibilities include all software aspects of the Orb, from development to manufacturing, automated testing, and fleet management. About the Opportunity:

As a senior software engineer youll be designing and building systems that run inside of AWS VPCs.

In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of larger pieces of work and lead them!
  • Create application and infrastructure components mainly in Rust.
  • Work with Terraform-provisioned AWS infrastructure and with services like S3, EKS, EC2, Route53, etc.
  • Own the full lifecycle of feature development from design through testing and release.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide application support, incident management and troubleshooting.
About You:
  • Experience in high-level languages such as Rust and Golang.
  • Experience in building and scaling distributed systems.
  • Can knowledgeably discuss performance, security, and user interactions in complex software systems.
  • Built and operated a large scale distributed system service.
  • Expertise in AWS.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes.
  • Experience with MongoDB is nice to have.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with front-end web development, especially React, and a portfolio showcasing any front-end or full-stack projects you've created.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $200,000 - $245,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Role Description

In this role, you will lead development of systems that manage our growing fleet of devices. From asset management and health monitoring to firmware updates and device configuration, this role will involve close work with our Field Operations and Device Communications teams. This is a critical role where your decisions will directly impact the ability of our fleet to operate reliably and effectively at scale.

Your background might look something like:
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in relevant roles at tech and product-driven companies
  • Ability to thrive in a low structure, high-autonomy environment with competing priorities
  • Youve built something from the ground up with broad ownership
  • Experience with Python, GraphQL, React, Typescript, PostgreSQL, Terraform, Linux systems, and containerization technologies
  • Experience with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus
  • Experience building human-in-the-loop or operationally complex tooling
  • Experience working in hardware/software contexts with physical asset management workflows
  • Experience working in IoT contexts and working with fleets of devices
$175,000 - $190,000 a year

**Position Purpose:**
The Business Analyst will be responsible for performing key analytical functions including identification of issues to be resolved, data acquisition, data processing, data reporting, and quantitative analytics. Specifically, the Business Analyst will be responsible for rental performance evaluation, test tool reviews, preparing reports for vendor meetings, ad-hoc reporting and analytics
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Use strategic thinking to see the big picture, determine the problem and understand fundamental parts of the problem
+ Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analyses.
+ Review sales/financial analyses (what sold/did not sell; determine which categories have potential to move upward; cost/benefit analysis; data process modeling/analysis of problems, regression analysis).
+ Identify trends in consumer lifestyle and technology; conduct customer focus groups and analyze/synthesize findings. Scan business/industry trends;scan competitive landscape; analyze consumer data
+ Interpret data based on specific knowledge of statistics and procedures used. Provide data to all Directors to support decision making. Provide input on forecast based on knowledge of product and technology.
+ Provide input on stategy based on knowledge of industry and technology trends. Provide customers with specialized information from a variety of resources. Facilitate workout problem-solving sessions with multiple groups of people.
+ Synthesize findings and derive conclusions from analyses and make oral/written recommendations to upper management. Execute tasks related to core operations projects and/or process improvements. Execute day to day processes related to their areas of responsibility. Communicate issues and roadblocks related to their areas of responsibility.
**Direct Manager/Direct Reports:**
+ Typically reports to Operations Process Manager or Business Manager
+ No direct responsibility for supervising others.
**Travel Requirements:**
+ Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
**Physical Requirements:**
