Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a shift of warehouse staff for the new Chick-fil-A Supply Distribution Center (DC) in Salt Lake City, Utah. This individual, in collaboration with other leaders, will be responsible for executing safe and effective operations that meet the needs of the organization and its employees. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this person will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service for Chick-fil-A restaurant Operators while ensuring safety and achievement of several critical key performance indicators (KPIs). The Warehouse Supervisor will help drive the operations of the distribution center and will enable supply chain innovation unique to the food service industry. Most importantly, this person will lead in a way that supports Chick-fil-A's vision and strategy while embodying the corporate purpose.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, staff, schedule, and support a dynamic team responsible for receiving, picking, loading, and completing other warehouse tasks by creating workflow and eliminating waste in the operation
• Oversees daytime transportation operation performance to include audits and observations of routes, when required
• Closely collaborate with leaders and team members to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Carefully monitor expenditure data and support budget management
• Recruit, train, and develop a strong team
• Collaborate with the warehouse manager regarding staff performance; identify and drive areas of improvement; and recognize team members' outstanding performance
• Act as a liaison to Restaurant Services, balancing the needs of the Operator with the capabilities of the operation

• Deliver high service levels to Operators and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Work closely with the DC Leadership Team, CFA Supply Services, and various business partners to ensure optimal alignment and collaboration

Minimum Qualifications

• High school degree or similar
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse leadership
• Demonstrated experience with and functional knowledge of food service distribution, including warehousing, operations (including Six Sigma and Lean), engineering standards, warehouse equipment, and performance metrics
• Working knowledge of innovations in supply chain and warehouse operations
• Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with general safety standards, quality specifications, and governmental requirements
• Ability to complete physically demanding work, including consistently lifting up to 60 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
• Demonstrated ability to value both relationships and results and to put others above themselves

The Supply Chain Manager is a strategic, data-driven leader responsible for driving profitability through demand forecasting, inventory management, and business analysis. In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with Product Development, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory strategies, inventory levels, and financial plans align with company goals and evolving customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandise/Product Planning & Financial Strategy:

1. Develop and implement merchandise and inventory planning strategies to drive sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity across all sales channels.
2. Partner with Product Development to create top-down seasonal financial plans that align with category strategies and financial targets.
3. Guide the team in bottom-up style and SKU-level plans to support Open-to-Buy (OTB), productivity goals, and inventory efficiency.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to build and refine the line architecture by category and collection, ensuring a balanced assortment that supports newness, core, and seasonal demand.
5. Align financial forecasts with design and merchandising output to ensure buy depth, breadth, and flow meet performance goals.

Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management:

1. Lead monthly demand planning cycles, ensuring accurate forecasts for core styles, top sellers, and new collections.
2. Work closely with Supply Chain on raw materials and production planning, ensuring timely replenishment and inventory alignment with promotional and marketing calendars.
3. Implement and oversee OTB frameworks, replenishment strategies, and lifecycle planning for core and seasonal SKUs.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership:

1. Analyze sales performance, product mix, and inventory health to identify risks, opportunities, and insights at the category, style, and channel level.
2. Serve as the central planning lead across key business functions including Product Development, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
3. Present financial forecasts, inventory updates, and business recommendations to senior leadership.
4. Continuously drive process innovation and planning tool improvements to support scalability and growth.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

1. 4-5+ years of experience in merchandise/product planning, buying, demand forecasting, or inventory managementexperience in jewelry or a closely related category (accessories, beauty, or fashion) strongly preferred.
2. Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
3. Strong analytical and data storytelling skills; able to distill complex data into clear actions and recommendations.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Supply Chain Technician is responsible for receiving, keying, and promptly distributing all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations. The Supply Chain Technician is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of all POU areas according to the defined schedule.
What you will do in this role:
+ Deliver supplies in an accurate and timely manner
+ Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position
+ Place safety stock in proper location
+ Receive expedited deliveries, accurately key receiving into the SMART system, and deliver to appropriate department(s)
+ Receive all cross-docked items into the SMART system as appropriate
+ Review Min/Max for storeroom safety stock daily and place orders appropriately
+ Count par level areas (POU areas) weekly according to schedule
+ Ensure POU items have the appropriate barcodes
+ Perform QA random checks on totes per approved policy
+ Rotate stock in POU areas and backup storeroom areas to ensure no items are out of date
+ Check after-hour logs for charges and determine how to avoid reoccurrence
+ React appropriately to POU "critical point" messages and stock outs
+ Process all "returns to vendor" or "returns to backup stock" appropriately
+ Provide assistance to the POU Station personnel as well as provide assistance with problems, questions and concerns at the nurse's stations

Job Description:

The PCB Engineer will be responsible for the life-cycle support of the all PCB component commodities; resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, transistors, integrated circuits and connectors through Procurement from conceptual development through product phase-out. This includes assisting buyers in proposal support, requirements analysis and management, task planning, technical documentation (including generation of Statements of Work and specifications), design oversight participation, design synthesis in a multi-functional engineering environment, build and test support, subcontract control, risk management input, and system deployment and in-house technical support during the operational life-cycle of the system.

Essential Functions:

• Provides PCB Engineering support to both internal engineering / program teams and suppliers where necessary. Ensures technical performance, quality, and adherence to schedule.
• Assists in management of releasing technical specifications, interface control documents, test plans and procedures, evaluation of configuration and processing solutions and tests conformance to specifications to eliminate conflicting requirements and ensure a complete flow down of customer requirements
