Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school degree or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse leadership
  • Demonstrated experience with and functional knowledge of food service distribution, including warehousing, operations (including Six Sigma and Lean), engineering standards, warehouse equipment, and performance metrics
  • Working knowledge of innovations in supply chain and warehouse operations
  • Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with general safety standards, quality specifications, and governmental requirements
  • Ability to complete physically demanding work, including consistently lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
  • Demonstrated ability to value both relationships and results and to put others above themselves
  • Strong aptitude to think critically, solve problems, and drive improvements in a professional and respectful manner
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills

The Supply Chain Manager is a strategic, data-driven leader responsible for driving profitability through demand forecasting, inventory management, and business analysis.   3. Implement and oversee OTB frameworks, replenishment strategies, and lifecycle planning for core and seasonal SKUs.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership:

  1. Analyze sales performance, product mix, and inventory health to identify risks, opportunities, and insights at the category, style, and channel level.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Supply Chain Technician is responsible for receiving, keying, and promptly distributing all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations. The Supply Chain Technician is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of all POU areas according to the defined schedule.
