Penske Logistics is looking for warehouse associates to become part of an excellent team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment. **Shift:** Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6:30am
**Pay:** $20.64/HR plus $.00 Shift Differential

Job requirements may include the following where applicable:
- Stage and sort products for loading
- Loads and unloads trailers
- Executes & provides process & project visibility to Operations Supervisor

- Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets
- Assemble product containers and crates, using hand tools and precut lumber
- Pack containers and re-pack damaged containers
- Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
- Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line
- Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department
- Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards
- Uses computer to enter records
- Prepares parcels for mailing
- Maintains inventory records
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment (where applicable)
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
**Qualifications:**
- 4 years of warehouse experience required
- 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred
- 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior forklift certification preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred
- Ability to learn and use proprietary software required
- Flexible to work overtime preferred
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions
- Ability to lead a small team, ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexibility required, excellent with numbers, time management, and ability to execute are required.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

**Pay rate:** $21.10 per hour - $24.09 per hour based on experience (includes shift differential)

**_What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health:_**
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
**_Role assists Outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. This job picks and ships orders based on customer need._**
**_Responsibilities:_**
+ Utilizing pick system to pick large case items with material handling equipment or to pick small unit of measure items and place on cart
+ Palletizing large items to skid and wrap for shipment
+ Packing small items in boxes
+ Driving material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility includes: order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider
+ Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse including inbound and outbound
**_Qualifications:_**
+ 1 - 2 years related experience preferred
+ High school degree or GED preferred
+ Ability to consistently lift 50 Ibs. and be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
+ Work at heights up to 25 feet consistently
+ Must be able to work overtime with reasonable notice
+ Aptitude to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting hourly established distribution performance standards and rates
+ Previous material handling equipment experience (MHE) preferred
+ Radio frequency (RF) scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred
+ Adherence to site safety regulations including wearing required personal protective equipment such as composite toed safety shoes, and material handling equipment safety harness; accountable to Cardinal Health's EHS as well as QRA policies and procedures
+ Willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment and rotate into various areas of the warehouse
+ Familiarity with Microsoft office products and general computer skills desired

+ Self-motivated with ability to work in a team-oriented environment with moderate to limited supervision with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include receiving product, fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders within established team goals to ensure on time order delivery.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Follow established process to fulfill orders. This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
+ Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
+ Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
+ Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility includes order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie ride
**_Qualifications_**

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
