YBMG is seeking an experienced Plumber with at least 10 years of proven experience. Compensation will start at $65,000/year for qualified candidates.

● Experience in the plumbing/pipefitting field is a must

● Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing systems and their components throughout the property

● Perform routine and preventative maintenance, identifying solutions when concerns are found, and installing new plumbing equipment

● Knowledge of removal and replacement of toilets, shower cartridges, p-valves, installation of kitchen and bathroom faucets and kitchen sinks

● Experience repairing pool systems, exterior water spigots, installation of water heaters, and a knowledge sprinkler systems a plus

● Experience working with hand tools, and power tools

● Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation

● Perform other duties as assigned

**Your Impact**
+ Provide engineering services in support of planning, studies, analysis, and design of water conveyance / distribution systems, as well as wastewater collection systems, which includes pump/lift stations, wells, chemical feed systems, and storage reservoirs
+ Primary focus for project work will be the development of engineering studies, design reports, construction documents, and construction oversight/administration related to water/wastewater infrastructure in the municipal and industrial markets.
+ Produce drawings, calculations, and other engineering documentation following good engineering practices, relevant codes, and standards
+ Create detailed designs of water and wastewater piping systems
+ Setup and perform hydraulic modeling for water and sewer systems
+ Prepare pump and piping system calculations
+ Perform pipe stress analysis
+ Develop / supervise preparation of technical pipe, pump, and equipment specifications
+ Check design computations and quantity estimates
+ Coordinate and interface with vendors
+ Prepare technical evaluations of supplier's proposals
+ Work with CAD designers to prepare plans/drawings for water and wastewater infrastructure systems using industry-standard design platforms, such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit, etc. Ability to use CAD software is considered a plus
+ Develop scope, costs, budgets and schedules for studies, design and construction services related to water and wastewater projects, including pipeline and pump stations.
+ Assist in client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects
+ Give effective presentations to clients
+ Work and communicate with project management team
+ Assure that all work on assigned projects is timely, accurate and of high quality
+ Organize, plan, and coordinate own work; and resources assigned on specific projects
+ Work with and mentor junior staff
+ Occasional field work and travel to project sites. Approximately 5% overnight travel.
**Who You Are**
**Required Qualifications**
+ BS degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering degree. MS is a plus
+ PE or PE eligibility required
+ Minimum 7 - 10 years + relevant experience
+ Demonstrated engineering experience in small to large-sized, multi-disciplined water/wastewater projects, including responsibility for client interactions and successful engineering project delivery with respect to scope, schedule, quality, and budget
+ Demonstrated experience with planning, studies, analysis, and design of water conveyance / distribution systems, as well as wastewater collection systems, which includes pump/lift stations, wells, chemical feed systems, and storage reservoirs
+ Project management responsibility experience preferred.
+ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; and ability to work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary
+ Ability to coordinate meetings, conduct effective client presentations, and prepare written reports
+ Self-motivated, team-oriented, hardworking, and intent on doing great work
+ Ability and willingness to travel to project sites for occasional field work. Approximately 5% overnight travel.

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Regional Supervisor to lead a network of operations and maintenance professionals aligned to the US Western Region. This position will be responsible for the leadership of multiple (approximately 30) project sites.
Our Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Regional Supervisors:
* Manage staff across several states for a major private-sector industrial client.
* Organize and direct all onsite contract operations teams (projects) within the assigned portfolio.
* Provide clients with effective performance in compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agency water quality permit requirements.
* Create a safe work culture and ensure safe work practices are followed by all staff.
* Maintain assigned sites in Operational and Regulatory compliance.
* Provide support, mentoring, training, and leadership to assure the highest possible effort on the part of onsite managers, local staff, and operators in the region.
* Ensure staff stays on task and completes job related duties.
* Assure personnel compliance with corporate reporting systems and customer reporting systems.
* Lead O&M personnel development and training program to drive professional advancement within the organization.
* Implement O&M training programs to develop all levels of associates at regional sites, recommend new training requirements, undertake to advance professional skills, mentor new project managers and members of the contract operating teams with a written plan.
* Assure the implementation of all required training programs and performance reviews for new and existing projects.
* Lead O&M Safety, Maintenance, Process Control, cost/savings, process optimization, and Sustainability efforts in the assigned portfolio.
* Participate in the selection, assignment, and orientation of all onsite supervisors and motivate extraordinary, self-starting effort by onsite supervisors.
* Support affirmative action and diversity efforts in the assigned portfolio ·
* Assure O&M management of the proper execution of job performance interviews and in the continuing communication of management policies to all personnel.
* Develop all of the technical skills to function as an onsite manager and are prepared to perform these functions during project start up as well as during emergency situations.
* Verify and complete all job-related documents and reports.
* Maintain quality of operations and deliverables at the levels expected by client and by Jacobs, including achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) where applicable.
* Frequently travel to sites for Client meetings, Inspections, and Operational Compliance.
* Provide support with business development of contract operations and other efforts.
* Report on all competitive contract services sales efforts and advises marketing personnel of these efforts and prepare other reports and presentations as required.
* Provide primary client relationship with client management and technical personnel and report regularly as to client confidence, satisfaction, and/or problems.
* Review monthly contract service reports for each installation, advising management as to project status, regulatory agency permit compliance, and technical/plant management attitudes.
* Support regional personnel with the handling of local problems and in the development of client relations strategies to assure successful on-going business at each site.
* Develop budgets and assist in the preparation of operations strategies to achieve compliance with regulatory agency requirements and O&M corporate objectives.
* Review all monthly project reports and utilize these materials to more effectively manage O&M client services and to assure O&M's compliance with all contract provisions and client understanding and satisfaction of services rendered.
* Actively participate in regional and local professional groups, and reports on any technology or service advancements desired by local groups and/or O&M clients.
* High school diploma
* Six years of experience at an industrial water/wastewater treatment facility, or municipal water/wastewater facility public works operation, including experience in project management with responsibility for technical support and financial accountability or 6 years working in a related field.
* Understanding of industrial operations including basic fluid flow, process equipment, and control instrumentation.
* Three years of experience at a supervisory level.
* Ability to travel 50% of the time.
* Possess a valid driver's license with no major infractions.
* Proficient with computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams), PDF software, etc. Ability to perform daily computer skills managing various client software programs, SCADA, and data entry.
* Possess sufficient virtual communication skills to successfully maintain operations and regulatory compliance while located remote from client sites.
* Candidate needs to be able to read, understand, and abide by Industrial Regulations and Standards.
* Candidate needs to be able to read, understand, abide by, and guide their team in compliance with client safety, quality, and other requirements.
Ideally, you'll also have:
* Bachelor's degree or post-secondary technical education in related field.
* Ten years of experience at an industrial treatment plant or municipal. water/wastewater treatment, public works operation, including experience in project management with responsibility for technical support and financial accountability.
* Knowledge of methods to reduce operating costs of a treatment plant through efficiency in energy consumption, chemical addition, staffing strategies.
* Ability to make presentations and participate in developing proposals.
* Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, and strong data analysis & technical problem solving skills.
* Advanced interpersonal skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain credibility across all levels of the organization both in remotely and face-to-face.
* Water and Wastewater operational certifications in WA, OR, NV, CA, ID, UT strongly desired.
* Experience interfacing with regulatory personnel during site inspections.
* Oily water experience is preferred.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: The work area can involve a working environment indoors, as well as outdoors, which could cause exposure to outdoor elements; proper environmental attire will be required. Some areas can have loud noise, active machinery, high pressure fluid systems, electrical equipment, confined spaced, heights and depths, fumes, airborne particles, noxious gases, pathogens, and various chemicals. Safety of yourself, your team, and others on and around sites is of the utmost importance. The use of appropriate safety equipment will be mandatory in these areas to prevent hazardous contact. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, twist and bend at the waist, turn, kneel, squat, raise arms above shoulder height, grasp, reach, perform repetitive hand movements and fine coordination when preparing reports and using a computer keyboard, have vision sufficient with or without correction to read computer screens, printed documents, and operate office equipment, have hearing in the normal range with or without correction. In an 8-hour time period must be able to transport self across the facility, ascend and descend stair steps, lift objects up to 50 pounds from floor level to waist height, wear and use appropriate safety equipment.
