Quadrant to bring 500 new jobs to Telengana

Quadrant Resources is starting its operations in Hanamkonda, creating 500 new jobs.
The company will offer direct employment opportunities to local youth in the software sector .
The inauguration of the Madikonda IT park is scheduled for October 6.

This event marks a milestone for the Warangal and Hanamkonda areas, further solidifying their status as emerging tech hubs.
Established IT companies like Cyient, Tech Mahindra , Kakatiya IT Solutions, and Ventois Software Solutions have already opened offices in the IT Incubation Centre of the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) at Madikonda.
Quadrant Resources would have a considerable impact on local employment.
Cyient employed approximately 1,233 software professionals, and Tech Mahindra hired 150.

Similarly, Ventois Software Solutions hired 29, and Kakatiya IT Solutions brought on board six professionals.
In contrast, Quadrant Resources aims to create job opportunities for 500 professionals in the software industry.
Vamshi Reddy, the CEO of Quadrant Resources, emphasized his commitment to assisting engineering students in building their careers in the region.
He noted that many young talents currently migrate to metropolitan cities, such as Hyderabad or other states, for opportunities.

Setting up Quadrant Resources in Warangal was a strategic decision driven by the desire to address this issue and boost the local job market.
The company has taken significant steps toward its mission by appointing 100 to 150 local youths.
The state government has been supportive, allocating 50,000 square feet of space and investing Rs 35 crore to establish Quadrant Resources.
This initiative will transform Warangal into a thriving IT hub, second to the capital city.
