Mowgli Street Food has expanded its restaurant chain across the UK and created hundreds of jobs.

With four new sites opened in the previous financial year, the Liverpool-based company's employee count has risen from 410 to 633.

It has continued to recruit and is now approaching a total of 900 employees.

The full lifting of Covid-19 restrictions and new openings led to a revenue surge from £8.5 million to £26.8 million
