has to pre-approve any of Musk\u2019s tweets having any details about the public company that could impact its stock price.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In light of the jury&#8217;s recent judgement, Musk&#8217;s <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whatjobs.com\/jobs\/attorney\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Find Attorney jobs at WhatJobs.com\">attorney<\/a><\/strong>, Alex Spiro, wrote in a letter to the court that the SEC lacked support for its revised settlement deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said: \u201cThe jury\u2019s verdict provides further reason why the public interest in avoiding unconstitutional settlements easily subsumes the SEC\u2019s purported stake in the consent decree.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Musk and the SEC did not immediately respond to requests for comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shareholders&#8217;
