**Qualifications**

- Fabricate parts such as skins, doors, aircraft frames, air bags, test panels, clips, brackets, angles and ribs without the aid of jigs and fixtures

+ 5+ years of experience in electrical assembly installation

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing, assisting, and advising on all assigned maintenance activities of ACI Jet aircraft. • Ensure that all maintenance or alteration processes are appropriately completed and documented electronically on the maintenance forms as set forth in ACI Jet's ACOM.
• Develop and maintain maintenance due lists for inspection and repair scheduling with the repair station.
• Monitor daily activities for ACI Jet's Flight Operations maintenance department by receiving calls from the field regarding unscheduled maintenance.
• Perform debriefs with flight crew during preflight and post flight, as required.
• Towing aircraft, taxiing aircraft and performing run ups in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
• Ensures completion of all aircraft servicing functions including but not limited to: oxygen/nitrogen service, oil and hydraulic fluid checks, etc.
• Submits all required work orders, reports, and other forms to the appropriate company authority in an organized and timely manner.
• Maintains a close, productive, and beneficial relationship with ACI Jet managers, peers, colleagues, manufacturer's representatives, repair facilities, and the FAA.

Acts as an Operational Specialist (OS) supporting program flight operations as an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert (SME) working in a small, close-knit crew environment providing expertise in support of mission requirements. Coordinate with DoD entities and agencies to facilitate cutting-edge product development to ensure client capabilities meet current and future objectives. Shall have strong knowledge of ISR operations, air navigation, aircraft mission planning, and the key factors in aircraft survivability. Recent operational experience is a must. Requires deployments up to four months in length to remote sites with austere conditions. Work will be in support of multiple Combatant Commands to include but not limited to EUCOM, Indo-PACOM and CENTCOM.

Duties include, but not limited to:
+ The primary responsibilities of an Operation Specialist (OS) is to perform Mission Planning and/or Operations support to external and internal customers prior and during missions and conduct flight following on the Joint Operations Command Watch Floor. The OS will maintain communications with the aircraft during all phases of flight via mIRC chat or beyond line of site satellite communications (BLoS SATCOM).
+ Support the review and/or develop collection deck(s), Air Tasking Orders (ATO), Special Instructions (SPINS), Air Coordination Orders (ACO), and other documents relevant to major joint air, ground, and maritime operations.
+ Deploys OCONUS working with US Military Forces and/or Foreign Allied Military Forces in Tactical Operations Centers, Military Intelligence Community.
+ Develop and deliver mission briefings, execute mission debriefings, and compile after action reports (AAR) as required.
+ Provide technical, tactical and operational Signal Intelligence, Electronic Warfare Analysis, Mission Planning and/or Operations support to external and internal customers.
+ Conduct real-time communication and distribution of multi-source information with aircrew and ground assets during all phases of flight via Tactical Data Link and chat (e.g., Link-16/mIRC) or beyond line of site satellite communications (BLoS SATCOM).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily flight operations, including flight planning, dispatch, and scheduling.
- Ensure all flights are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations, EASA regulations (if applicable), and company policies.
- Oversee the operational readiness of the aircraft fleet, coordinating with maintenance and technical teams.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for flight operations.
- Manage the performance and development of flight operations staff, including dispatchers and support personnel.
- Liaise with flight crews, air traffic control, and other aviation stakeholders.
- Monitor weather conditions, NOTAMs, and other operational data to ensure safe flight execution.

- Stay current with aviation industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in flight operations management or a closely related aviation field.
- Possession of a FAA Dispatcher Certificate (or equivalent international license) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing flight planning, dispatch, and crew scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., FAR Parts 91, 121, 135).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure in critical situations.
- Proficiency in flight operations software and systems.
- Experience with safety management systems (SMS).
- Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

UAA's Aviation Technology Division is seeking Flight Operations Desk Assistants (ODAs) to support the day-to-day operations of the Flight Operations department. There are 2 levels within this labor pool: ODA Level I and ODA Level II, each with distinct responsibilities and minimum experience requirements as noted. These Student Assistant positions are required to work flexible hours, which will be based around your class schedule. Hours may include mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends, depending on department needs and your availability. Exact hours to be coordinated between the employee and supervisor.
