Tech Mahindra Boosts Internal Hiring To 70 Percent
Tech Mahindra has filled 70.2 percent of vacancies from within the company, boosting its internal hiring efforts.
According to its annual report, this hiring in the 2023-24 financial year is up from 60 percent the previous year.
This increase was achieved despite a drop in average training hours per employee, which fell to 48.9 hours from 56.6 hours in the same period.
Since CEO Mohit Joshi took over in June last year, internal hiring has become a key part of Tech Mahindra's cost-optimisation strategy.
