Deliveroo boss and founder, Will Shu, received a 15.6% pay rise, taking his salary from £519,200 to £600,000 this year, says The Guardian.
It follows a 47 percent rise between 2020 and 2021.
Shu was also handed shares worth £5.2m in the takeaway delivery firm, and he is set to get another £5m worth next April, as part of a six-year package agreed at the time of Deliveroo's initial public offering last year, then worth £105.6m.

Its valuation has since fallen to just over £30m.
Carnival, the cruise operator behind the Princess, Cunard, and P&O brands, has announced a $15.1m pay package for its boss, Arnold Donald, for the year to last November.
It consists of $1.5m in salary, a $6m bonus, and $7.5m in stock. The total is up on the $13.3m that Donald was paid for 2020 and put the firm, which is listed in London and New York, on a collision course with shareholders.
Proxy adviser Institutional Shareholder Services has recommended investors vote against it.
