Editorial Subscription Terms

1. Overview

WhatJobs offers editorial subscription packages that provide organisations with access to content placement opportunities across the WhatJobs News platform.

All placements are subject to editorial review and approval. Subscription packages provide access to coverage opportunities and do not guarantee publication.

2. Editorial Control

All content published on WhatJobs is created, edited, and approved by our editorial team.

We reserve the right to:

  • Edit, amend, or adapt submitted content
  • Adjust tone, structure, and formatting
  • Refuse or remove any content that does not meet our editorial standards

Editorial decisions are final.

3. Content & Placement

Subscription packages provide access to editorial opportunities, not guaranteed placements.

We do not guarantee:

  • Publication of specific content
  • Placement within a specific article
  • Timing of publication

All content must meet our quality, relevance, and audience standards.

4. Links & External References

  • SEO guarantees
  • Search ranking guarantees
  • Traffic or performance guarantees

6. Competitors & Restricted Content

WhatJobs reserves the right to:

  • Restrict, limit, or refuse content from direct competitors
  • Require certain organisations to use specific subscription tiers
  • Approve or reject content at its sole discretion

7. No Ad-Hoc Link Placement

We do not accept standalone requests for link placements, edits, or insertions.

All requests must be made through an active editorial subscription package.

8. Content Removal & Amendments

WhatJobs reserves the right to:

  • Edit or update published content at any time
  • Remove content or links without notice where necessary
  • Maintain editorial integrity across the platform

9. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Removal of associated content and links

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

10. Abuse & Circumvention

Any attempt to:

  • Circumvent subscription requirements
  • Insert links outside agreed terms
  • Use third parties or agencies to bypass these terms

Will result in:

  • Immediate removal of content
  • Termination of the subscription
  • No refund being issued

11. Limitation of Liability

WhatJobs shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of traffic, rankings, or business performance
  • Any outcomes related to content placement or non-placement

Use of our services is at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

WhatJobs reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
