Real estate firm Clayco has announced a relocation and expansion of its St.Louis offices - a move set to create 400 new jobs.
The company will move 580 staff to a new facility in Berkeley, MO, next year.
The 2,300 square-foot office will have space for 1,000 employees.

The company is looking to add 400 new employees to the site over the next few years.
Clayco's headquarters will remain in Chicago.
The office in Berkley will house its design-build construction functions, including operations, architecture, IT and marketing.

Bob Clark, Clayco's executive chairman and founder, said: “Missouri has played an important role in Clayco’s history.
"I grew up and started Clayco in the St. Louis region.
"This announcement and move ensures St. Louis and Missouri will remain an integral part of Clayco’s future.”
